I had my tires mounted this location last week and overall, it was the best experience I've had at a tire shop. I made my appointment about a week ahead of time. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff were friendly and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I paid $79.95 to have my four tires mounted/balanced and I think thats quite reasonable. I can't speak for the prices of their tires (because I bought mine online), but they advertise price matching of the other local tire shops. Also, my girlfriend had a tire patched there a couple months ago and that was a positive experience as well. I highly recommend this shop and I will be giving them my business for the foreseeable future. read more

Steve is an absolute pro and has been in this business a long time. He went way above and beyond to provide the care and attention needed to get winter tires on our care ahead of a big snowstorm, even making sure he got the wheel locks off from a previous owner. I was up visiting family when my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at the Gas station across the street hoping it wasn't anything serious. When I got out of my car, I heard the tire hissing and knew I had a problem. I called Tire Warehouse and unfortunately they were closed so I started changing the tire myself. An employee named Kelly from Tire Warehouse saw me across the street and came out in his free time on a Saturday afternoon and ended up changing it for me. As I was leaving town to head back to Vermont, my low pressure light came on. Other stores either didn't answer or told me it would be 3 or 4 hours minimum. These guys saw me right away and fixed the problem (bad valve stem). $8 and 45 minutes later I'm on the road. Super helpful and friendly guys who explained exactly what the problem was. Have come here twice maybe three times for my fiances and my cars. For mine I some how ran over a shit on of scrap metal and two different tires went flat at different times. The second time I came here they made the smart decision to spray all tires which probably saved me coming in three more times. Good people that work hard and almost always get things done fast. This has always been the place my family gets our tires serviced. The have reasonable prices for service and can get just about any desired tire in a short time period. Most of the time this location is busy but they always get me in quickly. Recently I had a tire from a yard truck which went flat again after having a mechanic shop do it(the truck was in for transmission work and they said they would take care of the leaking tire without success). A tire warehouse worker found the leak, did a glue patch job, mounted and balanced another tire I brought, and pointed out some issues with the rim. All for under 20 dollars. I cant even put one star Long story short, they gave me a tire that is "severely damages but new" new and good tread wear but apparently used on a car with wrong alignment and hence the inner part of the tire, that You don't see was kind of flat. And if that was by mistake, fine, but apparently when they sold me this 130$ tire they wrote in their system and receipt the number of my original 740 tread wear rate tire I remember by heart that they were going to give me a 200-300 tread wear tire and i told the guy "Steve" i want one with higher tread wear, so he said: I will look in the back, and he apparently did "in the back" and got me this crappy tire and he said with good enough tread wear? It was 540, so I said fair enough I swear to God, it was not 740 that high it was 540 and he would remember I kept this tire as spare anyway "full size spare" and when I needed it the minute I put it on, the car became crazy, unstable, unbalanced, cant speed, vibrations I went to Sam's club, bought new assurance tire and went back to him to give it back to him and get my money but I never did He tried to pretend that he sold me my original 740 tread wear tire not the crappy one The reason i am sure he is dishonest, because when I came in, i first told him please find Steve he would remember the talk and the tread discussion, he said he is in vacation to next Wednesday and you will not need to talk to him I just saw him passing by in the back, and I said here he is not in vacation He did not come to the front until I insisted and the manager or the old guy colleague went back and must talked to Steve I cant believe there are people like that around and seriously I went in first with open mind and heart not saying they tricked me and that the tire may have been bad in your stock and he never noticed Anyway will continue to spread this and will see how can I file a complaint against their business read more

All of my experiences with tire warehouse have been top notch. The first time I got there right after they closed and needed a tire mounted and balanced- they did it for free. The second time I needed 3 of my tires replaced and an alignment done- they did the tires perfectly (as well as fixing the fourth that was balanced poorly) for a great price. They were unable to get the alignment right since the adjustment bolts were rusted and stripped unlike most places (I assume it was the last place I brought it is where the bolts got stripped since the alignment i got from them was awful) they just told me they wouldn't be able to align it properly until I got the bolts replaced elsewhere and didn't charge anything for the attempted alignment. The third time I needed a tire mounted on a rim and balanced, and they did it for a measly 10 bucks. My only warning would be to call ahead to ask how busy they are if you need an alignment done- I don't think they do appointments, but they can be very busy at times. read more

We came here for tires b/c the mass stores in our area do not have lifts to check alignments. Otherwise we would have went to the fitchburg warehouse (where I got our quote for the tires). I called ahead and spoke with "Steve" who was very helpful and made our appt for tires the following day. He assured me that we were all set... in the computer and no need to bring the tire quote I got 4 days ago (in which I did bring "just in case") We drove an hour to the Keene warehouse to only become very disappointed with our service at the desk. The customer service man (not "Steve") seemed inconvenienced by us coming in with a quote from another store (one of their stores I may add). 1) we have an appt at 2pm 2) "if we can't beat it, your tires are free!" 3) quote from another "Tire Warehouse" Ok so we should be all set but not without being treated like we did something wrong. We told him we had an appt and gave him the quote from the fitchburg location. He took the quote, looked at it and dropped it on the counter. He questioned me as to who gave me the quote and then told me "all" the Tire Warehouses in mass have lifts. He was completely miserable and short with us. read more

Scott from Maine - My wife and I were heading to Keene from Maine and we realized we were in trouble when I decided to pull over to see what was going on. My steeling wheel was fighting me pretty good on our trip, so I took a look at my front tires (only a month old) and saw that they were worn down on the inside edge so much that I good see the fabric. I knew then there was something seriously wrong. We were about 20 minutes from Keene so my wife called Tire Warehouse and explained the situation. They said they can get us in right away to assess the situation. Thank goodness they were open on a Saturday. We pulled in and they immediately took a look. They said we were extremely lucky to not blow a tire. They found that we had a bad tire rod which of course caused our alignment to be off quite a bit. Since they don't replace tire rods, they called Tire Choice right up the road and explained the situation. Since they are a full-service business, they would be able to help. Tire Choice said no problem and was able to take care of us immediately as well. Tire Warehouse put 2 new tires on for us and then Tire Choice was able to replace the tire rod and do an alignment. We are so grateful to both places for being so understanding and giving prompt attention to our situation. We want to thank Kevin and staff at Tire Warehouse and John and Patrick at Tire Choice for their incredible service and personal attention they provided. I highly recommend both places whenever you need immediate help with your vehicles. It's not easy coming from out of state and finding a place open and available on a weekend and they were (thank goodness). read more

Yesterday I came in with a donut because of a flat tire, because it was a walk in appointment I was expecting a long wait and over price charge for it also, being a sunday. But, that was not the case. The employees were quick to help and look for the best deal possible. Pans out that I had to go back today, because I didn't have the money and had to have my All Season tires put on. Again, another walk in appointment and again quick to help and offered the best deal to help, very polite people. Worth the trip. These are my guys, its where I go....they know me and I know them. They take care of all our vehicles. There is a waiting room with WiFi but no TV. Be prepared to wait, so bring a book or laptop and a drink or else you'll be staring at the guy across from you for a long time. They do have a coffee pot in waiting area, I dont drink coffee so no idea how it taste. You can reserve a time spot online. They will still work around their walk ins. Bad experience at this location, ever since i have had new tires from them on my car it has been riding like crap, i had to take it back the day after because they inflated my tire to 40 psi, they did not balance my tire like the invoice had said, i had taken it to another dealer and he swears that the tires are out of round and this is only after 10,000 miles, this was due to them not being balanced, i asked for a nice quiet tire, after 5000 miles it sound like the front end is coming off, will never go there again. read more

I am more than happy to provide the guys at tire warehouse my full 5 star review. I had a terrible start to my workday by arriving to work with a flat tire. I had to have roadside assistance come out to change me over to my donut. I live 40 minutes from Keene. And my car dealer who I purchased the car from is a solid hour from Keene. The roadside assistance people told me it was a screw hole and the tire was repairable. After contacting my dealership (car was a brand spanking new lease) to see about getting the tire repaired, my dealership service people were so rude and uncaring I decided to call tire warehouse in Keene to price out a tire repair service, as I would rather spend money on a Repair for a local service than go get a free repair from my dealership jerks. "Kevin" answered the phone and was super friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. I told him my story and he gave me the information I asked and even offered to make the appointment as their schedule was pretty open. He didn't make me feel like a dumb woman, as many car repair places can make women feel. I showed up for my appointment and the parking was a little tight and awkward. I went in and gave them my keys after telling them I had an appointment. Sat down and about 25 minutes later they came over and told me all set. They were able to repair the tire hole, inspect it and mount it back on the wheel. As I was checking out I provided them a coupon and the repair service was free(check out their website for specials) The guy who helped me was the "Kevin" and he was really friendly and made me feel like a person. I would absolutely come here before going back to my dealer ever again. Customer service is exceptional and the wait time was awesome. These guys even beat out their competitors (who I have been to before and don't care for). read more
