Since purchased by adept health Keene medical has degraded in to a clown show. adept tries to balance bill which is against Medicare regulations. Adept provided me a new cpap machine which does not work correctly which they promised to fix but ignored. Adept fitted me incorrectly for a mask, then when exchanging it tried to double bill me. I have received medical supplies from Keene Medical in the past, and sometimes they were ok, other times not. Their customer service has degraded to the point that it is now impossible to deal with them. I was bounced to five separate numbers, no one was willing to help. One would say the local office never took orders, they sent me to the main office and asked me to enter a non-existent choice from the menu, which resulted in my being sent back to the Concord office. They finally said no one could help me but maybe if I uploaded a new prescription they would look at it. I recommend you stay away from Keene Medical, if you possibly can. read more

The worst company to try to do business with. Impossible to contact, the phone tree is a mess. No one answers anyway. If by chance you get someone to speak to, they are in a different dept. I feel sorry for people who work there because it is so disorganized. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. We went 7 months and they still couldn't deliver liquid food to a trach patient with a g tube regularly. Every month we ran out and had a fight to get another delivery. They close for lunch, no outgoing message to that effect so it's just no one answers. They say they'll be there on a certain day and will call first but don't call then they say they'll be back if you miss them but don't call or come either. Ordered a new CPAP machine four months ago. It has been approved by Medicare and Blue Cross. They have even paid for it but no machine. Continually get a run around. "Need insurance approval" or "we don't recognize you." The worst experience if my life. Customer Service uncaring and not honest. Present machine on its last legs. I always thought that Keene Medical would be a reliable company to do business with since I had seen the business in operation for years. Not so. It was very frustrating to get information from anyone by phone, promises were made for delivery and never fulfilled even when the doctor's office called them. They tell you they will call with a time of deliver but they don't and if you call they act like they never heard of you even when you talked to the same person 4 days ago. They have lost paper work and claim they thought you went to another company for your oxygen. Incredibly rude, dismissive, unorganized staff. I came here to get an emergency nebulizer for my 6 month old son on the day of Christmas Eve. I called to confirm that they received the prescription and the staff rudely told me that they would call me when it was ready and that I should not call to confirm the prescription was received. Well... they didn't receive the prescription. I could tell this was going to be a struggle so once my doctor reconfirmed that they faxed the prescription, I showed up in person rather than waiting to be called. Once again they told me they never received the prescription, even though the doctor said it was sent 2x. The doctor then offered to call it in over the phone. Keene said, "We can't take that, we need a fax." Then they told me I could rent it for $20... without a prescription. Then they changed that tune and said I couldn't do it because I was not a NH state resident. "Why?" I asked. "That's just the way it is." Hmm. Then they decided I could PURCHASE a nebulizer for $185. I said OK, fine. This seemed to surprise them and they had to go discuss it in the back. Finally I was able to buy it, and they really put me through the wringer for it. All along they were rude and short with me. Meanwhile another gentleman in the store was complaining that he was going to "pass out" because they left him standing for 40 minutes with zero customer service, after an employee said they would "be right back." There were about 6 employees in the shop and 2 customers. 0 stars if I could --- save yourself the trouble if you can and order online from a different store. read more

Where do I start. From the beginning, this was one of the worst decisions I have made in a while. I picked them at the doctors office because they were local. After completing my class for cpap, i left pessimistic but ready to give sleep apnea therapy a try. After contacting this company to get fitted for a new mask as mine wasnt working properly, i recieved a scheduled appointment. I went on scheduled day, and they said they had no record of my appointment. I wish I had seen the ineptitude there, but unfortunately I did not. I was told someone would be in touch to reschedule. I never recieved a call. So I decided to stop using my cpap, and unannounced to me, this company charged my debit card almost 400 dollars, a month into covid 19 unemployment. I saw the charge on my bank statement and immediately called demanding an explaination. They told me it was in the fine print, i was in non compliance so I was responsible for remainder of balance. Not once was I notified, by mail, email or phone call to advise me of this. After pleading my case of being unemployed due to covid 19 I was assured they would look into it and contact me. Well, once again, they did no such thing. This company cares about themselves and their profits only. I urge you please don't use them for any services. We all make mistakes. It's how you handle them that makes the difference. I am a pretty patient person with my own small business so I always cut a business slack. However this company seems to excuse inherently bad customer service. I inquired several times about not having received cpap supplies and each time got a different answer until one person told me it wasnt spelled out on my prescription that I would need headgear to hold my mask on to my face. I then made my way to my doctor to get a new script and brought it into keenes office so I could have the right equipment for a trip. When I got to the office one person said they would bill my insurance then another said no and wanted me to pay cash. I expressed my unhappiness and all of a sudden they were able to bill my insurance. Well I got home to find the didn't give me headgear they gave me a chinstrap! I had to leave for vacation the next day with no way to hold my mask to my face. When I got back from vacation I called in to relay what had happened and was told they would look into it and call me back. Several hours later after not hearing back I called in and was told they didn't know anything about my call earlier. Then told me that I had been shipped the strap (they never did) and couldn't provide me one without me paying out of pocket. I declined and decided with all the issues I have had to find another supplier like Elliot even though they are farther away. I strongly caution anyone who considers doing business with Keene. I have never written a review for anything before but my experience with this business has been so consistently atrocious, I just had to pile on. If you have a prescription for a cpap, you are supposed to receive regular refills of masks and tubes as the wear out, seals start to leak and most important so you don't get Legionnaires disease. Since they get to bill my insurance once every three months you'd think they'd be on this but not once, repeat, NOT ONCE! in over ten years have I every been sent a replacement, gotten a call or an email. NOT ONCE. I have to go down there in person and ask and as often as not the staff is either clueless or rude. I do not understand how they are still around and this awful. read more

Disorganized. Give incorrect information. Make promises that turn out to be true. One person tells you something so you think your problem is solved. You wait patiently sometimes for months to be eligible for a device as they promised then when you call another person tells you that it is not true and swears no one in there office would ever tell you such a thing! They call but don't leave a message of what they need. You call back and give your cell number and the never bother to call you back. They have no care for the patient. Terrible experience, I went in with an rx for a breast pump and they were very unaccommodating. The woman who waited on me was very insistent that they could not give me the pump until after the baby is born and said to me "What do you even need with it before the baby comes, anyway?" Which was very frustrating, especially since not only did our insurance say we were eligible to receive the pump 30 days before my due date but the hospital recommended that we have it to start pumping and having a stock of milk on hand to help with milk production as well for when I go back to work. She also said they needed "verification" that the baby had been born because they "needed to know that we actually had the baby". What do these people think I am going to do with this thing and why do I have an rx if I'm not actually pregnant??? Overall, the customer service was terrible and she informed me that there was no choice in the type of pump I got. It was some no name single pump that they seem to give out grudgingly. I would have liked to help support a local business but unfortunately they made it such a hassle that I ended up ordering my pump from a national online company Sterling Medical Services, it was a quick phone call and I had a choice of two double pumps. I received the Medela pump in style with two pumps and bottles included. It arrived two days after I called and they were much easier, friendlier and helpful. Someone in my husband's office had a similar experience with them so I would not recommend going here at all! read more

My husband and I went in for an insurance issued CPap Machine. I purposely brought my husband so we both understood what the cost and insurance coverage would be. Needless to say we were told one thing and turns out it was not the correct info.I only found this out after being called by business office for payment We had filled out automatic withdrawal with Concord as I was told that was the only way to do the sale. I called and was sent to voice mail many times until I finally called back the business office. They told me I had to deal with the store but that they would note the account. So now back to trying to get Concord on the phone. Finally talked to someone who actually had the nerve to tell me that they would never have told me what they literally did!!!
