After researching and reading reviews, I decided to take a chance on PJM Auto Detailing and I am so incredibly grateful I did. I am a first time customer and I brought my 11-year-old car in for a deep interior clean and exterior clean and detail and what I received was an incredible miracle! When I saw my car after Peter and his son finished and showed me the car I was in absolute awe and amazement and wanted to cry tears of joy. I couldn't believe my eyes. He even took the time to clean under the hood. It is no exaggeration, my car looked and smelled like a brand new car! What impacted me even more than the results was the care, integrity, and heart behind the work....it was truly a labor of love. He stayed true to the original quote even though the labor took longer than the original time estimate. That kind of honesty and work ethic is rare, and it more to me than I can fully express. From the moment I walked into the shop, it reminded me of home and my dad who is a mechanic. There was a sense of hospitality, trust, and genuine care that you don't come across often. I haven't had it detailed in at least a year, maybe two, and the last guy was one of those mobile guys that comes to you. That guy did an OK job, but he really didn't get the back seat clean. In that time, we unfortunately had one pet pass away in the back seat, a lot of incidences with muddy and/or bloody animals, we drove across the country from Idaho with 2 dogs and a cat, and countless long drives. The car was a MESS. When I got there around 9:00, I was greeted and Derek came in, confirmed what I needed and told me he'd looked at it, asked me about my dogs, and told me he felt he could get it cleaned. I was doubtful to be honest. He called me around noon to tell me it was ready when I was expecting it to take at least another hour. I don't understand the negative reviews. Derek did a FANTASTIC job! My backseat looks almost new. I am seriously impressed with how good it looks. Everything is sparkling clean and smells great. For the amount and quality of work, the price is reasonable and the location is easy to get in and out of right off 38 & Creek.

The car wash is getting much worst; they did something with the chemicals and my flawless car paint looks like crap and I have some new scratches in my paint to where of course he didn't want to address. Instead of addressing, he said numerous times "go to the sparkle car wash then". What kind of customer service tells you to go to another car wash because he doesn't want to address the NEW major issues? The chemicals was changed so that more soap is being used but they are not rinsing the soap off with enough rinse water (MANAGER TOLD ME THIS), so when it comes out to get hand dried, the soap is all over the vehicle and it is being rubbed into the paint which is why the cars look worst. The manager replied, "IT DOESN'T HURT THE PAINT,", and I say it DOES HURT THE PAINT, my 2 vehicles def look way worse than EVER before. It wasn't broke DON'T FIX IT!!!! What happened to this place? I used to go there 3-4 times a week because they were really good, but now, I barely come once a week because it makes me mad to see this car wash destroying car paint. It used to be perfect; hence I been going there for 15 years, the issues are the management.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
