My massage therapist, Rose, was so attentive. She explained to me how to maximize the benefits of the massage once she was done. Also, although I was booked for a 60 minute session, Rose spent a little extra time on me, which was greatly appreciated. The fees for the massages are very reasonable. Keep in Touch is not a fancy, glitzy 'medispa' that I have grown accustomed to seeing, but it is a lovely space and it looked immaculate. It was easy to get too There is customer parking Prices are affordable It is clean and welcoming I felt relaxed and calm I was running a few minutes late and they were able to accommodate me accordingly. First, it is clean in there. I mean, the place was spotless! I used the restroom before my massage, and it was spotless, sanitizers in plain sight. The massage room was beautifully appointed--air filters, sanitizers the whole 9- yards (without looking like a medical facility). Nancy was a master and worked out all the stress areas. It's always a lovely experience, the place is spotless clean. Their bathrooms and rooms are very well kept. it is obvious why this place has earned such great reviews, they are awesome. I found this place because my previous massage therapist moved away, way too far for me to travel to see her. I had been with my previous massage therapist for over 15 years and was desperate to get someone else as good as she was. Well, luckily I found this place. First of all I do not get massages to feel relaxed or as a spa treatment. I have an injury from 20 years ago and I receive deep specialized massage to help alleviate problems from this injury that has plagued me for 20 years . Very few massage therapists have the experience to provide the specialized medical massage that I am in need of. I was treated by Jessica, and OMG does she know what to do. It is obvious that she is extremely experienced, since she immediately knew and felt my problem spots. The massage was so helpful and relived the issue I was suffering from. There are many reasons including the professionalism especially there diligence in being Covid compliant, they treat people with respect and make me feel that I matter. I needed a massage since I've been upping my training for half marathons and didn't want to go to any of those significantly cheaper massage establishments in the little neck area. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're good however I wanted people who knew how to handle sports massages. Twice I've been to Keep in Touch and both times they've really gotten out my tight spots (nice pressure) leaving me so much more limber and pain free for my long runs. This office has always been clean and welcoming. Since they reopened after being shut down due to Covid 19, the sanitizing and safety health procedures have been exemplary. I'm really surprised that this place has no reviews yet. I went today for the first time to get a Prenatal Massage at the recommendation of my yoga teacher. They have a special table with a belly cut-out which is pretty comfortable. My massage therapist was Jessica and she was amazing. The pressure was perfect and she was not a talker (which I prefer). The space is very simple and clean. I was worried that the location (right off Northern Blvd) would be loud, but it really wasn't. I will definitely be going back. The price was about half of what you would spend in Manhattan ($75 for an hour - there was a $10 coupon). There seemed to be plenty of street parking. read more

I like this place. I've been there a few times. The first time i got a prenatal massage, which i loved it! they have a special table designed specially for pregnant women, so we feel comfortable laying on the tummy. The 2nd time i went back for a regular massage and it was great. The place is clean and the people friendly. I didnt have to wait upon arriving. Flexible schedule and plenty of street parking. I decided to start taking better care of myself for the new year and that would also mean to just slow down and unwind. I have a lot of neck and shoulder tension from work and stress. I actually do not like massages because I find it to be so painful. Well that changed after this past Saturday with my appointment with Brianne. She really put me at ease and it was not painful at all. She definitely applied plenty of pressure for all the knots and tense areas but it was done right for me by easing into it. Just left this place.. Brought my fiancé here as part of his birthday gift. He left a happy camper which of course leaves me happy I brought him here. Godsent Nancy, she is awesome, gentle and caring. I have been suffering from lower back pain for years. The past few weeks, the pain persisted and was unbearable. I could barely stand up and walk properly; felt like a centurial old lady and looked ridiculous. Into 15 minutes of our session, I felt the difference and immediately requested to extend my 60 minutes appointment to 90 minutes. I am feeling a lot better now. read more
