I'm a pretty picky customer when it comes to massage. I've had some great therapists at this locations and also a few duds. They all cost the same so it's trial and error to see who works for what you need. If you need a quick fix? This would be a great place to visit. They're usually pretty good about being able to fit you in for an appointment on short notice. The ambiance is cozy. The parking lot can be a little hectic considering the location. read more

I have gone here before and had decent massages. But this last time was terrible! I told my therapist what hurts and where to focus on but she spent almost no time there and when she did, it wasn't a go good experience. I'm so sad! I NEEDED this massage. It was a gift card from Christmas and I needed a good massage badly! I told her I was having pains in my hips and she never massage that. I'm also 99% positive that she fee fell asleep a couple times. I'm so sad and disappointed. Oh and she never once asked me how the pressure was out of anything needed more attention. I have visited this location a number of times of the years. I have been working with Kate for the last year - year and a half. She is awesome! I travel a lot for work and I am constantly dragging my carryon and laptop bag around. Kate really helps me keep my body loose. She helps me stretch too! Most of all she is not afraid to really dig deep. I feel it 2 and 3 days later. Maybe I am a little off but to me that's when I know that I got my moneys worth. All that being said I have worked with 2 other MTs there , they were fairly run of the mill sessions. Nothing negative to say. I think Keep In Touch is the best place to get a massage in the metro area. I've been to the Burnsville location the most, but also gone to the Uptown & Eagan locations as well. Keep In Touch is clean, professional & fairly priced. When booking an appointment, ask the receptionist what "level" the masseuse is - the lower the number, the more gentle they'll be - the higher the number, the more firm they'll be. read more

Excellent massage by Tayler!!! she came highly recommend by a few different people.You can immediately tell this girl is going to go far in her industry, she was very knowledgeable. Seemed like she knew right were my pain was and even in places I didn't realise . You can always tell an excellent massage therapist by there warm touch and man o man I could tell she had possitive energy flowing through her. She not only performed the by far greatest massage I've ever received but she also told me some insider tips ( stretches and some teqniques I can use on myself) she also preformed some shiatsu techniques, Wich felt absolutely amazing, a new thing I have never experienced before. She was sweet and listens to your individual needs. I noticed a negative review on a theripist named Taylor, and I hope there not talking about the same person I had, I just can not see any of what was said to be true, the review seemed flawed and made up, it's depressing when someone with a vendetta against an individual or a company is willing to drag an individual's name through the mud like that. Keep in touch has been a staple name in the industry for years, with all 5 star reviews do not be fooled they are a clean relaxing and over all a healing environment I constantly refer them ,and will continue to do so. read more

This is my second time here and both times I've left feeling amazing! Receptionists have been kind and accommodating and you get a heat sack to place on your shoulders or back while waiting. Good way to start off the relaxation process! I'm the winter they have the fireplace going which is bonus relaxation time. I had MJ this second time and she was nothing short of amazing. Her vibe and energy were great- positive, happy and calming. She asked my needs right away and did a great job keeping the right intensity and helped this momma relax!!! TOTAL waste of time and money. I specifically told my therapist that my tension was in my shoulders and top of my back and wanted her to focus there. 10 minutes into a 30 minute massage she hadn't touched anything but my neck so I reminded her. Then she focused on lower back and and I reminded her again where I wanted her to focus. Finally, the she hit my shoulders where she discovered huge knots, then immediately said "that's all the time we have". That's no joke. I'm more tense now, and $50 lighter than when I arrived. She literally avoided the place I told her that I needed it. I think it was literally a complete joke. Had to me. I don't have time to waste. If you do, check them out. read more

I've had many massages here over the past 10 years. Some are awesome, one was terrible. Today, I scheduled an appointment with Taylor. Throughout the massage, she was massaging with only ONE hand. I thought it was weird, but I didn't say anything. I saw her iPhone on the floor, with the light still on and her messages open. I still didn't say anything. Then, I heard the iPhone camera sound go off, immediately followed by the Siri sound that goes off when you press home too long, as I am laying naked on the massage table (only in a thong). A massage therapist should not have their phone out during a session and should NOT EVER take PHOTOS during a session. Also, it was the most horrible one handed massage ever. I called the owner, Mark, and he said he'd look into it and call me back. I also filed a police report, as this sicko massage therapist was clearly taking photos during a massage session for lewd purposes. When the owner called back the following day, he said that he reminded Taylor of the "no phones during massages" policy and his offer was to comp my massage in which pictures were taken of me and give me a free massage. Horrible and traumatic experience during the massage. Management just seemed to think that taking pictures of me during the massage wasn't a big deal - I can't help but wonder if he is involved in this practice and if there are other cameras hidden there. read more

If you need to have someone rub away a massive headache (non alcohol related) this is the place to be. I have been here at least 10 times and have always walked out in a daze feeling 100%!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went here and noticed that the massage therapist was taking pictures during the massage. I got up and left. I can't say enough about this place!!!! From the start the receptionists are always so professional and are always on point. The decor inside is MUCH more impressive then their signage is outside (have to say the first time I looked them up I wasn't expecting the level of high class of what they are.) Their waiting area with a complimentary hot bean bag is amazing (I bought one) and cute decor, plus their massage beds are superior to many massage places I have been to, and I have tried a lot in the 10 years I have prioritized massages. I now have a standing appointment with Laura who is the BESTt of the BEST for me!!! I honestly think she is just such an amazing soul, I would love to hang out with her outside of the massage cause I WANT to talk to her but never talk during a massage cause I need to keep quiet being I talk ALL DAY LONG for my job and love to just check out and relax my muscles during my massages, but she is SO sweet I want to chat...... This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. Recently I have gained a significant amount of weight and was apprehensive to say the least about getting a massage. From the moment I walked in the door, Vicky was incredibly kind and welcoming. Never once did I feel out of place or uncomfortable in any way. I was extremely disappointed with my massage. I went in because I was having neck and back pain. I wanted a massage where the therapist wasn't afraid to do more than rub gently, but I did not ask for a deep tissue massage, which I've been told that's what I got. It was extremely painful, to the point where I was cringing and tensing up. I left with sore muscles that weren't even sore to begin with and didn't require the excruciating attention they received. Also, my neck and back still hurt, which is why I went in the first place. They feel no different than before the massage. I feel like I just threw $84 down the toilet. The therapist (Tayler) was very nice, but it wasn't an enjoyable or relaxing experience at all. It felt more like abuse. read more

Keep in Touch (Burnsville) is great! I have been to several other massage places (i.e. Massage Envy- which I did not like AT all for numerous reasons!) and this one is by far my favorite. The room ambience is nice/average. My massage therapist worked on each area I asked and even made time to give me a full body massage within my one hour slot. She had great pressure, great new techniques, etc. Lastly, I loved how when I went to pay I wasn't pressured into scheduling future appointments!!! read more
