I made an appointment for 4:30. Since I hadn't been seen before, I was 5 minutes early. The office seemed a single business suite and, not wanting to interrupt anyone, I waited until a 1-2 minutes before my appointment to call. When I called, I was asked to wait in a janky suite with a sofa down the hall while they finished their current appointment. Fair enough. I waited there until 4:45. When I called back, I was told there was now a new customer that had materialized and was asked if I would like to make an appointment. I was very excited to find a massage place nearby. However, there is no reason to believe appointments will be honored. I'd like to think this is unusual, but I don't really have a good reason to gamble my time here again.

Unfortunately I started my period the morning of the massage, and when I let Anicha know she became extremely concerned with my comfort levels. She allowed me to switch to a table massage instead of the originally planned Thai massage, and even consulted with him while I was changing to make sure I was okay keeping the appointment and wasn't just being polite.
