My primary concern was the discolored grout. During the appointment, the technician told me the grout had already been sealed and that there wasn't much he could do beyond cleaning the tile. After the floors dried, I noticed a white, chalky residue on several of the grout lines that hadn't been there before. I reached out to the owner multiple times by text. Each time, I was assured the technician would contact me to address the issue. Two weeks later, Thom apologized that his technician still hadn't contacted me and said he was disappointed as well. He promised he would "get on it." That was five days ago, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I understand that issues can arise with any service. What disappoints me most isn't necessarily the outcome--it's the lack of follow-through and customer service after repeated promises to resolve the problem.
