I think they did a good job. The ladies who came were really nice. They only spoke Spanish but we made it work. Thd house looked nice. I will say if didn't really smell good when they left though. Not bad, just not fresh or pleasant to smell. I also thought the price was a big high for somewhat inconsistent work. Some windowsills were not cleaned, small stuff though. They quoted me $650 and said it would take two ladies five hours. That seemed fine for a detailed and deep clean, I have a regular housekeeper twice a week, and keep my home pretty tidy, so there was nothing crazy to do. I assumed no stone would be left unturned for the price, and that's what I was looking for - a deep clean beyond what we do day to day. The job only took the ladies 3.5 hours and they charged me the same (a little less since a vase got broken and they deducted the value from the total, which I appreciated.) The ladies did a nice basic job, but it wasn't the deep clean I wanted. It was the same as my regular housekeeper does. They did not clean out and wipe out drawers, wouldn't clean out the fridge unless I personally removed all the food, did not organize the pantry, did not wipe down all the walls, didn't do grout, and did not clean the outside of my cabinets. I pay my regular housekeeper $40 an hour to do the same exact job. This ended up costing me $85 an hour. In a nutshell: Nice basic/surface clean, nice ladies, refunded a broken item, quick response from owner. Very, very, very expensive and not a true deep clean. read more

This review is for the admin staff of this business. I spoke on the phone and via yelp messages regarding scheduling a cleaning service. Given that we live in a brand new condo I requested and we agreed on a regular cleaning and NOT a deep cleaning. On the scheduled day and time the crew did not show up and after my follow up they said they are on lunch break and showed up 45 min late. Given that I was 2 weeks after a C-section i went to bed and once the crew was leaving i sent my husband to pay and they asked for a deep cleaning fee (3 times as much as our agreed price over the phone). I called the office and spoke to Vanessa and no one had documented our discussion and booking for a regular cleaning nor did they inform the hard working ladies who came. She made us feel like we were taking advantage of their team for not watching them while cleaning to tell them Not to do a deep clean. I would not recommend this business as i believe their office staff penalize the customers and their hard working staff for their own lack of communication and shortcomings. read more

Transparency; posting for my neighbor who is elderly and not Internet savvy. She got caught up in the extreme "green" Which is a dog whistle for all NPC's. The products they use may be great for virtue signaling but weren't strong enough to cut through the grease on the oven and other areas in the kitchen. She wanted her house cleaned, not looking to save the polar bears or help climate change. She couldn't tell me what brand products they use but obviously they are not up to snuff, Clorox, degreaser, and 409 will not melt the polar ice caps, recommend using products that actually work. read more

We scheduled a move-in cleaning with Extreme Green and were very pleased with the quality and detail-oriented clean. The home we were moving into was in pretty bad shape in terms of dirt and grime, but the cleaners (Patty and her associate) did a wonderful job and worked very hard to get it sparkling. It truly looked like a different home when they were through and they didn't miss a spot! My husband and I are both sensitive to smells and environmentally conscious, so it was great to have a clean that didn't use bleach or harsh chemicals too.
