I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for Saturday. I dropped my car off at 8 am, Saturday morning, even though the business hours for Saturday said 9 am to 4pm. I was helped in selecting a tint for mt car. They even provided cold bottle of water, while I waited for my ride. They called me exactly two hours after I had dropped my car off. This place is the absolute best at auto tinting. It might be a tucked away place in Indio. But do not let that fool you. They provide very high quality/detailed work. Lupe and the gang are absolute pros I assure you. I've taken 3 cars here before and each time was outstanding. I don't mind paying them a little bit more than cheaper competitors because of the trust I have in them. Which their prices are very fair in the tinting market. The tint job was great however they put deep scratches all over my upper back bumper and claim they were there. I know 100% they weren't there as I did a complete circle around my car making sure everything was out of the back seat to make their lives easier...however he lied and said it was there...funny when he called on the phone to try and figure out how to get the top down nothing was mentioned...if you ever go here be sure to take pics of your car prior as these are liars!!! On December, 2009 we called "Keep It Cool Window Tinting" to apply window tint on our windows. This was completed to our satisfaction and It definitely helped to keep our home cooler. At that time we never imagined that the film would start to peel and we would have to recall "Keep It Cool" to replace the film because of a "lifetime guarantee". In January, 2012 many of the windows that were filmed needed repair. They were replaced without any problem. or cost. Then on June, 2013 we noticed other windows that started to peel and we called "Keep It Cool" to replace them. This was completed very promptly with no problems. It was also possible that they received a shipment of faulty film material from the manufacturer. Then on April , 2015 we had three other windows that needed repaired. Once again, this was completed without any problem. I can recommend Ronan DeOliveria (owner of Keep It Cool) and his staff of workers, with the highest regard to promptness neat work. Terrible service by Lupe. Prices way above the competition. I've used them in the past and they did ok work, but over the last few years their prices just go up & up. I was visiting my son in Palm Desert. He checked around for tinting for my 2017 Toyota Camry. When he called we got a next day appointment (which I thought was great) for June 16, 2018. About an hour later we got a call that they had a cancellation and did we want to come in now. Well of course we did. So glad we did. Great experience. Two woman at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel like this was the right place to go. My car is black on black. Horrible in the desert heat. The minute I saw my car waiting for me I thought it looked beautiful. The minute I got in my car I could immediately feel the temperature difference. My windows look fabulous.
