Suneez has tinted my home windows for over 20 yrs. that really helps reduce the heat in my home. Today, Chad removed a decorative film that I applied Gallery Glass, a produce that creates a stain glass window look. This film was applied in the mid 80's on two kitchen windows. The film literally baked on the windows over the years. He was able to remove it. I applaud him for his diligence over a very tedious task. Both Chad and Aaron, are professional, delightful, professional and have a great sense of humor. I highly recommend calling them for window tinting. The tinting does make a significant difference in the rooms where installed. If you use Gallery Glass, don't leave it on for years! read more

Very happy with how my Tesla Model 3 turned out! These guys are great and are customer focused. I originally took my car to Rivera's Window Tinting in Indio where they not only did a terrible job on the tint, but they scratched my frame (if you have a Tesla make sure you educate yourself on tint shops scratching the window frame from carelessness). These guys at Sun Eez listened to my concerns and took extra care taking off the existing tint and reapplying the new tint. I got 20% all around and it looks great. There was also a miscommunication on the original price that I was quoted and then got re-quoted more. Jerry was helpful in honoring the original quoted price. Also, definitely plan ahead as they had my car from 9:00am to 3:30p. Not sure why it took so long but be prepared to arrange a pickup if needed. You definitely get what you pay for and you can't go wrong with Sun Eez! I will be back for future cars tinting needs. Thanks again guys! read more

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I had a pool put in and had to have safety film put on my windows to pass inspection SunEez did the safety & security window tinting. $900 later this film is suppose to be the BEST because that's what this company offers along with the "STRONGEST warranty coverage" their words exactly. This window tint has made my windows look foggy and is completely cracking and peeling. Literally looks like lizard skin peeling off my windows in my home. This is suppose to be safety film? Nothing safe about it, if it's not doing what it's intended to do. If you want good residential window tinting I HIGHLY suggest looking for a different company!!! read more

Had this advertised "NON GLARE" film put on two of my large sliding glass doors in our new condo in PGA West, La Quinta. I'm sure they probably cut down the heat from the sun in summer sun, however, THEY ARE NOT "NON GLARE" at all. Also, there is a long streak going down one of our sliders which they say is moisture that will clear out in 1-3 months - It's still bad. When we look out to see our beautiful view of Santa Rosa Mtns., the lake and pool, all we see when 1/2 the slider is closed, is reflections of all our wood shutters and everything inside our living room. No reflections at all out of all the windows that were not treated. I am so sorry I spent so much for an inferior product. I also paid thousands to have mirrors put on the wall in the living and master bedroom wall. We can see reflections in them as well. Very disappointing. Called "Chad" with Sun Eez to express my concern and was asked to send pictures which I did weeks ago. Have also emailed this company several times - Absolutely no response! If I could give them "0" stars I would. I am so disappointed with this companies unethical antics and poor customer service. I will not recommend this company to anyone. When we first met Chad back in 2018, he presented as a charismatic, self absorbed, fast talker, telling lots of stories about himself and his "spiritual journey". We were in the middle of a full home renovation and Suneez was referred to us by the guy who installed our blinds (who I will let know of my experience). Chad smooth talked his way to getting us to pay 100% of the job, up front, to secure an amazing deal to have all our windows and glass doors tinted. By the way it is illegal in California to ask for or accept a down payment of more than 10% the total home improvement contract price of $1,000 , which ever is less, according to the Contractor State License Board. At the time the contract was drawn up and we paid in full, this included all the glass windows and doors, with the exception of the upper windows which (he confirmed at the time) already had film on them. We paid him $2500 for the job. Fast forward to late October 2020, and a rock from under the gardeners mover goes through one of our sliding doors. This is when we discover that the living room sliding panels don't appear to have tint on them. When I call Chad and send him photos, he determines that indeed something looks funny, but not to stress he will go by and check it out and make it right. Well that was six months ago. After multiple phone calls and texts I manage to get hold of him just before my senior father arrives. He tells me to text him again, which I do and no response! Then out of nowhere he says he is on his way. Yahoo! I call my father who informs me Chad is there. But, get this, confirms there is no tint on the windows, but we never paid him for that, they did the upper windows. This is absolutely false, as ours and the other property owners in our complex already had tinted upper windows, and it is evident even to the fellow Chad brought with him that the tints don't match. Why would we have all the windows and doors done with the exception of the living room doors that span the back of our home and are the most open to the elements? Then he tell my father it will be $5,000 to do the glass sliding door panels (but for us he'll do it for $2,500). This is where I stepped back in, as it was clear he was trying to take advantage of a senior. I told Chad that this is unconscionable and I hope that he does the right thing. My dad spoke to him yesterday and he told my father that he could not work with us. This company is not accredited anymore with the BBB. We are Canadian, and perhaps too trusting. We are in the process of proceeding with small claims, another first. However, I feel I have a responsibility to make others aware of this company. Please go somewhere else. There is other reputable, honest window treatment places in Palm Springs. I'm very skeptical about all these positive reviews. This is the first time I have posted a negative review on Yelp. read more
