The agreement contract signed is very clear that nothing is to be left in the unit and that the 20a power supplied is for lights and charging batteries NOT for keeping the refrigerator cold. I am sorry but when you "STORE" an RV, that means it is not in use and food should have been removed. I just went through losing power in my home due to a storm. The food I lost was my responsiblity and no one else's. Don't expect compensation for being an irresponsible RV owner.

Not only does their website state that they have 24 hour video surveillance, but we were told in person and over the phone that they had 24 hour cameras. After arriving at our storage unit to move out, we discovered thousands of dollars worth of stuff missing. When we asked for the security footage, it turned out they in fact do not have security cameras at all in the building. The insurance we signed up and paid for covered absolutely nothing because our lock was not damaged. The storage units do not go all the way to the ceiling making it easy for anyone to get in through the top. We would be able to easily see this and get our insurance if they actually had cameras. So if you want everyone to have easy access to all your things, then this is the place to rent. We have not heard from a manager or anything.
