I rented a truck here and needed a couple of favors ie. picking up truck one day - car carrier the next, extra moving blankets twice, helped me attach the car carrier and they couldn't of been more accommodating. The agreement contract signed is very clear that nothing is to be left in the unit and that the 20a power supplied is for lights and charging batteries NOT for keeping the refrigerator cold. I am sorry but when you "STORE" an RV, that means it is not in use and food should have been removed. I just went through losing power in my home due to a storm. The food I lost was my responsiblity and no one else's. Don't expect compensation for being an irresponsible RV owner.

I do wish the storage unit temperature, In the summertime, was a bit cooler, but it was definitely not bad at all. One thing I did not like was once I had the unit secured and was making payments... they sent me a notice that they were going to raise the monthly lease fee..which sucked!! I guess they know that you aren't going to cancel with them once you are already settled in with them. So that was a blow but not much I could do about it. Overall, this is a clean and safe place to store your belongings.
