I like that they have a gate with personal access codes and that the facility has someone living on site along with security cameras. Lighting at night is reasonable. Storage units are no frills (concrete floor, no lighting) with a vertical lifting doors that accept a padlock. But it also doesn't cost much to rent a space (prices listed on their website), which is also good. The one con is trying to get my boat in and out. The parking spots are just inside the gate but the face storage units so the clearance to back in and pull out is limited. A 20' boat and a small SUV is doable, but not much beyond that.

I can say the door was sturdy but not too difficult to open and the lady there helped walk us through everything. Very quick, easy and painless. Looking forward to having a secure place near by.

I was stranded in the snow today along with about 8 other cars and could not move. My tires were just spinning on the ice and I ended up having to be pulled out by another truck. While I was stranded one of the North DFW Trailers trucks pulls up and rolls down his window. I thought maybe he was going to give me some help or information, tips, etc. I rolled down my window and he just screamed "Get out of the middle of the road." and proceeded to drive past me into his business. What a freaking jerk thing to say to a stranded motorist!

Passing by truckers working on their trucks on the way to parking. When there, campers and boats were backed in no apparent order and room to maneuver was sorely lacking. This was right off 380 east of Denton on the busy part of the highway. Signage to the facility from Denton was absent; I was lucky that I drove out to find it first without my RV. I drove right past it. Turning in was another nightmare. Turning out . . . Same. I would prefer to have a complete and secure facility too. I know he said there hasn't been problems with theft, but that could change tomorrow. I found a place for less that checks all the boxes for my piece (peace) of mind.
