If you call to inquire about the status of your order, they can't just look it up and tell you; you have to speak with the employee who put the order together. If that person is out of the office and you ask that they give you a call when they're available, it is hit or miss if they will actually call you back. This is the second time an order has not met the deadline. I think they create a good quality product, but need to improve in the area of communicate and time management.

Story time: I got my nose pierced here for $5 back in 2011 as teenager and went back in 2021 as an adult for another nose piercing and there Dan was again still there 10 years later! Surprised that they stilled offered the $5 nose piercing, of course I did it! Dan does the nose piercing with an ear piercing gun (it's probably not the safest or the most sterile like a tattoo shop, so I don't recommend unless you're crazy like me lmao!) but hey what a story to share the same man pierced both sides of my nose 10 years apart in the same shop that I've known since I was a kid lol. I still have both my nose piercings from him & I never had any issues with healing or anything btw.
