Then second he took so long with the customer on the phone when I was waiting to get parts he went To the back to look for them then the phone rings and he came running back and forgot completely what I was trying to get. So I was not going to wait again keeping in mind and this point I've been there for a little over hour at this point and that is crazy and takes to long.
