I convinced my friend it would be a good opportunity to get a mani-pedi together, so we thought that we'd try MK out. Owing to the fact that this business is run out of her home, the setting seems a bit odd at first, but immediately becomes comfortable and, of course, homey. Maria has been in business for many years in various locations, but now runs everything from the comfort of her own house. Maria uses OPI products and provided us with a great foot mask and scrub. She's attentive to detail, and we both had a lot of fun trading stories and relaxing while we had our mani-pedis done. If you are looking for a relaxing place that is much less fussy that a large salon, I'd suggest you trust Maria. Prices are fair and her selection of polish colours are great. Also, she has a range of products available on site, too!

Her salon, which is within her very respectable home, is amazingly calming and lets me release any stresses of my life while I am pampered with a pedicure, manicure, facial, hair cut or body wraps. Being apart of her email distribution list keeps me updated on the excellent specials she releases. I received a barber other then…read morethe one I had booked because of scheduling complications that I should've been informed of earlier and ended up with a less experienced barber who didn't care about how I wanted my hair and chose what to do on their own. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and tried to play it off acting like it wasn't a big deal.
