This is not necessarily a poor reflection on Coldwell Banker, since each RE salesperson operates essentially as an independent contractor. But, if you choose Coldwell Banker, choose another agent. In any case, Coldwell Banker is enabling this guy and besmirching its own reputation. I tried on three separate occasions to contact Chad Gradowski in seeking an agent to SELL my properties in Union Pier, MI. These are 3 different occasions (separated by months or years). He did not get back to me on any of these occasions. I spoke to his wife on the first occasion (she is a partner RE agent), and she said they would be interested in listing my property, would get back to me. But, I never heard back from them. I emailed on the 2nd occasion (using a form on his website). I gave specific info about my property and asked specific questions. I got back a form letter (email), with no acknowledgement about any of the info I had sent. I tried ONCE MORE recently, figuring that the previous 2 instances were flukes. But, no, the same total lack of response. I called and spoke to his wife, gave my phone #, email address, info about the property, etc. She said they definitely were interested in listing it. Never heard back from them. The motto of this story: The first impression is probably the correct impression. This guy is a loser. Go with a better real estate professional.
