Patrick Link tried to put a family member up for a witness to LIE ON OATH to say something happened that didn't & when she disagreed to do that, he still went in front of the judge & continued with his made up story while putting my fiance, HIS CLIENT at the scene after the witness said twice under oath, that his client was never even there. I also found out a few minutes before the case was heard that he knew the DA very well, she in fact mentored him. They were very friendly, she made fun of the name of his law firm & all. To me, it seemed fishy, it seemed as if he was trying to make the case go to trial for sure & POSSIBLY even been trying to get a guilty verdict. He is definitely not someone I'd trust with any case ever & I would not recommend him to anyone. Ultimately, the case ended up going to trial because he confused the prelim judge & we fired him after that. Trial verdict was not guilty with another attorney & the case shouldve never went to trial in the first place. I believe it was something he tried to scheme up to get more money.
