We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

Basically, an entire zone wasn't getting any heat and the pump was running hot. Karalis' guy charged me a $135 diagnostic fee to tell me that either the system was air bound, or the pump was bad. I could've diagnosed that myself. He promised to get me an estimate on making changes to the system so that the problem would be resolved. After a few few weeks of not hearing from them, I called and got the owner on the phone. He said that they were looking into it and that they would get back to me with an estimate for the work. It is now been three months. Radio silence. I'm not impressed, I won't use them, and I recommend you don't either.

We recently had a compressor go down for a large walk in cooler and these guys stepped up with a no nonsense quote. They had us up and running in a couple of days. They were very professional. The owner took the time to go over the parts/repairs needed and answer all of my questions. The price was fair. Moving forward they also recommended a preventive maintenance service to keep the new compressor and other parts of the unit healthy and running strong. Well, I'm sorry to say that I was wrong. The contractor Generac gave us took $350 dollars, waited two weeks for the service call because they wanted the money up front. Then when they finally showed up they made up the flimsiest reasons why they wouldn't repair the generator under warranty. In fact, they won't work on it at all unless I pay them more. Our Generac was faulty from the factory, and this company seems to be ok with that. I ended up fixing it myself.
