I have never written a negative review of a physician before, but I feel it is important to share this experience. I previously visited this office and rescheduled my appointment for the following week in order to meet my Medicare deductible. At that time, I was informed by the receptionist that my payment would be $100. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I was told the amount due was $180. I explained that I was not prepared to pay that amount that day but could reschedule for the following day and pay once I received my paycheck. I was told payment was required on the date of service and that I had been informed of the $180 previously, which was not accurate. While calmly texting my husband to confirm rescheduling, the physician came to the front desk, dismissed me as a patient, stated that the office "does not play games with patients," and told me he would call the police if I did not leave. I left feeling distressed and shocked by how the situation was handled. Afterward, we reviewed the office's online ratings and noticed similar experiences described by other patients. Urgent warning for elderly patients and their families My elderly parents saw Dr. Keivan Dehghanpisheh (rheumatologist), and it was one of the most distressing and alarming medical experiences we have ever had. The doctor displayed a bad temper, refused to answer basic questions, and took three full days just to call in a prescription. My parents left the office shaking, in tears, and genuinely afraid to return for a follow-up visit. No patient--especially an elderly one--should ever have to feel that way after seeing a doctor. The front desk staff were equally unprofessional and insensitive. When I asked if my mother could have a compression glove to help reduce inflammation, the clerk refused to even ask the doctor--saying she wasn't a doctor--yet she had previously tried to give medical advice herself. She went so far as to discuss her own health conditions and made it clear she did not want to hear what my mother was asking or describing. This lack of compassion and professionalism is shocking and unacceptable. It's deeply concerning that doctors like this often end up practicing in western Palm Beach County, where many patients in lower-income or elderly communities already face barriers to quality care. Everyone deserves competent, compassionate medical treatment--regardless of where they live. Based on everything we witnessed, I have serious concerns about this doctor's ability to practice safely or manage patients appropriately. My daughter's first appointment with Dr. Dehghanpisheh scared her so much, that she left in tears. He had her have extensive blood work, CT scans and see an ophthalmologist ASAP. Or she could have a cornea melt. She immediately did all the above. On the day of her follow up, I went with her out of great concern to hear about her results. He was unprepared and told my daughter that he hadn't received her Xray report. She showed him on her phone that they were available. He was dismissive and was going to"TRY" to see if his wife could pull it up? He proceeded to go over her blood work very quickly and said it was satisfactory and expected for her condition. He went over many different medications and their scary side effects. He then asked her what medication did she want to start on? She explained her side effects with her previous meds and ask "HIM"which meds would work best for her specific Rheumatoid condition. He told her it didn't matter because the insurance company would be deciding. Then he kept asking her to pick one because they're all the same, he said "It's like splitting hairs" my daughter asked him please, which is best for me and my condition? His answer was, you choose. My daughter started crying in frustration and told him I'm here for your medical advice. Your the doctor. She said I'm a professional and when people come to me with a problem, I help them solve their issues. He immediately stood up and stormed out the door. Came back in and yelled "GET OUT!!!" Repeated it several times. We were in Shock!!! My daughter and I had no words, we walked out stunned. Never ever has a physician or professional person spoken to us in such an unprofessional way. This doctor is combative, rude and not willing to treat his patients in a respectful and caring way. Several days later we received a letter informing us "that we are discharged from his practice immediately" like we'd ever go back to be mistreated and disrespected when all my daughter wanted was his help in in selecting the right injection for her Rheumatoid Arthritis. I'd love to report this doctor for his unprofessionalism, rudeness and outburst of anger. I wish I wasn't so stunned by his abrupt anger and rudeness. HORRIBLE! Read all bad reviews I wish I had. He is rude, nasty & looking for an argument. He would not listen to a word I said. He doesn't want to answer questions. He told me we can end this right now. I got up and left. Less then a five min visit. He told me I was an issue because I have Chrohns, I was stunted in disbelief. Had to take my son to be looked at because of arthritis, and came with his mom also so there was 3 of us. The Dr refused to see us only my son and would not let us his parents in the room with him because the Dr said he was uncomfortable with 3 people in the room. Paid a $50 copay on August 22nd 2024, the office manager who runs the front desk said she was going to return the $50 but needed time because it was a new system. 45 days later no refund, called, and she told me she would not refund my copay even though we were not seen because the DR refused to see us that they had a 24 hour cancelation policy. Go somewhere else as the office manager is rude and condensing, and any DR who won't see a patient with their parents because the doctor feels uncomfortable with 3 people in a room shouldn't be practing. read more

Dr. D has been my rheumatologist for 6 months and couldn't be happier! He has been very attentive to my needs as a patient and has gotten me off certain medications I thought was not possible, given me hope and a whole new look on life. I have seen Dr. Dehghanpisheh just a couple of times and was pleased with his care. But his wife's behavior has made it challenging to continue. She lacks the necessary professional skills and respect to run a doctor's office effectively, often coming across as dismissive and unprofessional, failing to provide a supportive environment.. During my second appointment, I tried to make a copay via a credit card machine that was handed to me, But she was impatient and when to the back to speak to the doctor telling him that I wasn't able to make payment and tried to cancel my appointment, claiming I couldn't pay, despite my payment being processed. Her assumption was unjustified. At first , she seems pleasant, but her behavior soon shows a lack of respect, possibly explaining why there is no staff in the office. It's unfortunate that the doctor allows this behavior, likely due to their personal connection. read more

NIGHTMARE! Read all bad reviews because they are all true. He is rude, nasty & combative. I dared to ask a question & was accused of arguing with him. He immediately told me visit was over & not to come back. He had a bad attitude during my first visit & his secretary(also his wife Tara) is incompetent & just as rude! This Doctor is absolutely horrible!!! I had been referred to him based on many symptoms and a family history of psoriatic arthritis. He prescribed medication that I was seeing no change in my symptoms. Prior to my third visit with Dr D, I had consulted with my oncologist as I have recently faced breast cancer and surgery. My oncologist asked that I ask Dr D queations when seeing him. During my visit, when I questioned blood work he immediately became defensive and arrogant. He refused to answer questions regarding my symptoms and immediately dismissed me. This doctor has no regard for his patients. I unfortunately had not read reviews prior to my consulting with him.
