My birthday is Saturday, February 14th so I wanted to treat myself to a nice relaxing pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I knew that I wanted callus remover and a gel pedicure. The woman kept telling me to try the other things but I just simply did not want those options. Upset, she stormed off to put the book down and came back to start the job. She not only cut me once, but twice! And when I verbally let out an ouch and pulled my foot back, she didn't offer an apology with softer behavior, she simply kept trying to do it and say that she needed to. My toe now hurts and was bleeding but she kept trying to rub oil on it to "heal" it. Girl, let my foot go. I went to pay and let the woman up front know and she asked to see my toe and she acknowledged the cuts and the woman who tended to me starts yelling in her native language in a very aggressive manner. This is my last time patronizing this place. I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service and respect. I still paid and tipped gracefully, as I have integrity and morals. PS: my toes look awful. Taylor listened to what I wanted, worked quickly, and used just the right lashes for my preferred style (enhanced natural, not what I call "garage door" lashes that seem to move in one large group . . . but if that's your thing, you do you! I expressed I had a bad experience before with soft wax and preferred hard wax. She said she uses both and proceeded to start with soft. I asked when she'd use the hard. She said it depended on the area so I asked if she'd be using it on me. At which point she abruptly stopped, and said we wouldn't continue if I was going to question her technique. I left with the job half done. As if that wasn't bad enough she verbally attacked me on my way out for shaking my head. When I yelled back she threatened to call the cops.
