She took off WAY too much. I've never had my eyebrows this thin before. I can't even fix them with make up. They're also extremely uneven and stubbly looking because she trimmed them down way too short. I'm really upset and disappointed. Especially since I have a big event to go to this weekend, and now I look like a fool. I won't be going back here...

I came here over a month ago to dye and cut my hair. I have never gotten my hair professionally…read moredone before, so I was very excited and willing to drop more money than I would normally like to spend. The women at Imani are very kind. They made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel pressure to make awkward small talk or anything, even though I wouldn't have minded. I could tell my hair stylist was either still training or had just finished training. So the owner I believe was watching over and helping most of the time. Again, they are both wonderful people. But the first thing I told my hair stylist was, "I don't want this blonde.. I'd like mostly brown." When I left, I clearly saw that my hair was still noticeably blonde. My roots did look darker though, and I was happy enough with that because I figured at least my hair will look okay growing out. But come a month or so later, the brown dye is not even close to my natural hair color. And again, the majority of my hair is still blonde! Not at all what I wanted. I saved up money to get my hair done and now I'm going to have to get it re done all over again. Hopefully actually brown this time. I'm assuming they don't do refunds or anything like that. But I would genuinely think I'm entitled to one. I just don't know why they would let me leave when it wasn't anything I asked for. Quite disappointed.

Heather has been an absolute dream to work with! I had been having my hair dyed for years and after our first meeting, she was upfront and honest about the damage done to my hair as well how my previous stylists kept putting color on top of color which was an unnecessary expense to me. I also love how she is eager to try new colors on my hair and I have never been disappointed with her results. As an added bonus, I absolutely love Heather's energy! She is so easy to talk to and you can tell that she genuinely cares about what you have to say while you are in her chair.
