Even thought there is a bit of a maze to get through. Once you get to the third floor of the castle. Turn to your right and follow the signs. You will come to a fork in the road with two gate keepers. They will ask you some questions and if you answer honestly, they will give you a number. Then you go to magical waiting room and when you see your number appear you will know where to go next. That is about it. Then out you go. It really is on the third floor. Oh and picking up your passport is very quick. But do bring your ID.

I would suggest going there before 8am so you deal less with waiting. The line definitely started to get crowded after 8am. The security gives you a number with ticket and let's the first 5 go up in the elevator to the second floor to wait about 5-10 minutes ahead of 8:30am. Then after I think they use the computerized system for your number to be called upstairs. If you don't want to be standing downstairs as long, definitely bring a folding chair. I was in and out in 20 minutes when the office opened at 8:30am. Just beware they only accept debit/credit card/tap to pay and not cash. Only cash they accept is if you have a money order.

The employee behind the counter checked over my form and looked at my current passport and passport photos, printed a ticket, and instructed that I wait on the second floor for my ticket number to be called. The wait upstairs did not take long. The next employee I saw checked over everything; I paid, and she informed me that my new passport would be mailed out in ten business days. The staff here are very knowledgeable and can quickly outline everything you will need to submit your visa application. They can email you a package with all the requirements and paperwork for each specific country. Overall very speedy and convenient for emergencies!

For me the first time I went it was a bit difficult finding the spot in the plaza, so to save future customers from circling around it is near the Popeyes, in the corner next to the bank!

He has a sign outfront advertising passport photos for a reasonable price, and that's why I went in. In and out in 5 minutes. He took the photo, printed out 2 copies, stamped the backs, and wrote a receipt. CASH ONLY, and the passport photos cost $12 total which I thought was an excellent deal for on the spot. The photos he took were accepted immediately and without question by the Passport Canada office, which is worth much for than $12. If you have ever had a passport photo taken only to be told something is not quite right, you know the benefit of having an experienced photographer take a photo devoid of emotions and then scale/crop/print to the exacting measurements they require. It appears that a large portion of his business model is for retouching old and damaged photos. Basically a professional Photoshopper. I didn't use him for this service, but I do lots of Adobe Photoshop work and his retouches looked pretty good. He had a few certificates apparently for awards. But for passport photos, he is cheap, knowledgeable, and just a nice dude.

This week I made a booking for my family, leaving next week, last minute all inclusive. Everything was booked, paid for, and arrangements were made. Something happened with our booking and I was called 2.5 hours later to be told that they lost the booking somehow and we would have to pick something else. When I asked how this happened all I was told was "these things sometimes happen". No one took any accountability for it. The agent I was dealing with told me he would follow up with me the next day to discuss options. When I didn't hear from him by mid morning, I began calling the main line and asking for a supervisor. I kept getting the same script, these things happen sometimes and there's nothing we can do. The original agent finally called back around 3:30pm and left a message that everything was canceled. My messages to customer service remain unanswered and my email via Facebook says that it seems my issue was resolved and to let them know if I still needed to talk to someone. This is the poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Not only the error with the booking, but the complete lack of follow up and follow through and not one person taking accountability for this. We now have to rebook for different dates and pay significantly more money because someone dropped the ball, and they don't even have the decency to call me back personally. I would never recommend Tripcentral again.

She was phenomenal at providing a variety of options with different price points and varying accommodation perks . She also took care of all the admin work for us , like requesting a crib or asking for an airport transfer . This was by far, the easiest vacation to plan and the fact that she was able to keep it within budget truly amazed me .
