I think I must have caught them on a bad day. The owner, Terry, was rather cantankerous towards…read moreme. They did a fair job installing a new well pump. Unfortunately, Terry placed on the rig support legs right over our main line and broke it. When we called about it days later, he kept stalling and refused to come out to address the issue. "Due to liability" was his excuse over the phone. I dug up the mainline myself and performed the repair. He also flushed the well by running water straight towards our crawlspace vent, flooding our crawlspace. I tried to get him to stop, but he replied he was almost done and refused to stop. Nice. The son, Greg, was unbelievably courteous and professional. Greg wasn't happy with the water pressure, so he cranked up the pressure switch which burst our water pressure tank bladder within a few days. We ended up having to replace our entire mainline, all connecting plumbing, pressure switch, and pressure tank. All for just a well pump moter replacement.
