They did a great job - thorough and knowledgeable and careful not to damage any pavers since we had limited extras. They performed water jetting and added crushed concrete to the settled areas that needed building up. We have written a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the installation of porcelain…read more24 by 24 tiles. There is lippage all over the floor, the grout line size are different. He complaint was unresolved with the BBB Mr. Marcos Silva never came out to check out the installation since the BBB complaint was filed. We would at least want a representative of Mr. Silva's insurance company check out the lippage. We have been in the house for the past year. We have tolerate the pain of walking on uneven floors and the pain of stepping on the lippage. We have to wear Sox or Slipper to protect the soles of our feet.
