Our group ordered a certain material for women's shirts, but we were not told the shirts only came in junior sizes so we received (36) tiny shirts we could not wear. The solution we gave us was we could reorder the shirts at half price off of the Retail price (not the quantity discount price we had originally paid for the shirts) for replacement shirts plus $8.00 shipping and handling. Our group can not afford to replace 36 shirts and Big Frog will not come down off of the replacement price they quoted us. I have emailed customer service several times telling them I do not think their offer is fair, but have not heard back from anyone at Big Frogs Ft Worth, West 7th to help to resolve this. Terrible service, no communication whatsoever. Brought 4 shirts to get printed, after 3 days I…read morerealized I did not email them the logos I needed to be printed. Didn't hear from them at all to let me know they needed logos. Finally went in myself to get an email and provide them with the logos for the mockups, as you would think they'd reach out, right...? NOPE...! Another 2 days later I finally received an email stating they would be working on the mockups and I would have the proofs sent to me along with and estimate the next day. Never received an email or call. Finally an after a full week and an attempt to call and try and get some kind of an update and Angelia "not being available," I had enough, went in to pick up my shirts. And what does Angelia tell me...? "Oh hey, we emailed you the estimate with the proofs." I said, can I see that email? Her response...? "Oh there must have been something wrong with the technology." (verbatim) Really...???? My response... "I've been in sales all my life and every time I email an estimate, I always follow up with a phone call to confirm receipt of that email." Long story short... there was absolutely NO communication whatsoever. Very unprofessional and completely wasted my time when I could have gone elsewhere for faster turnaround time. Perhaps they don't value "small jobs" of 4 shirts. Little did they know, I could have given them endless amount of referrals. Word of advice, if you don't have time to serve "the small jobs," don't take on the jobs on to waste their time. Save your time and goes somewhere else where your business and time will actually be valued.
