When I received the second one I was disappointed as the engraving was very hard to read. I contacted the representative with my concerns. Melanie did not hesitate and told me to just send it back and she will have it re-done. She did and sent it back to me and it is PERFECT. I am extremely disappointed with this business and their unethical business practices. They failed to complete the color fill on a word and I was told I would have to repurchase another item at half-pmade-to-order for them to fix their mistake! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They make the Customers pay for their mistakes! I will never order from Crystal Images, Inc again, and neither should anyone else! They gave me some ridiculous excuse about the material and slight imperfections were possible. They engraved the letters and failed to complete the colored fill-in. Did they run out of ink? I called Friday morning to tell them my situation and see if they were able to accommodate a rush order. The gentleman on the phone answered all of my questions promptly and I dropped off the yetis later that afternoon. I emailed our logo and received a response literally within 2 minutes with a proof and confirmed pricing (they did NOT charge a rush fee!). I have worked with Crystal Images now since at least 2009 for wedding gifts and other personalized items. I am an amateur artist, so I have sketched images which they have then engraved on glasses for me. They are extremely helpful, very timely, and Melanie has excellent customer service. They have found previous orders for me, sent the proof, and allowed me to ask for one change and within minutes they have the new order ready to roll.
