My review is about Cesar Estrada!!! This Cesar Estrada is a total "flimflam" man. He offered to buy my house at 145k with no costs to me. He brought the paperwork to me to sign and he had changed to escrow to say I would be paying for the closing cost. He didn't mention a thing until I said something. WATCH OUT for this guy !!! Oh and then I said I would sell it the traditional way. He said " Let me sell it for you. If I don't sell it in 30 days. I'll give you 145k cash with no cost." I'm like HUH? I am a long time renter, and I have NEVER experienced such poor service. Cesar Estrada does not even make it to his own appointments (that he himself has set). I went as far as confirming my appointment with him, because I know how spacey he has been in the past, and he still left me hanging. I am so disappointed with his lack of professionalism. He defers many of his calls to office staff, and then denies that there was ever a conversation. Luckily, i had the communication in writing as well, which saved me from being forced to leave my apartment unjustly. I am writing this in hopes of saving other people the headache. After scheduling and having the agent. Ms. Hernandez, confirm our appointment, she did not show up. We called repeatedly, and finally reached her. Her excuses made no sense whatsoever. None. On the first impression, everything seems very good, but at end of the day my impression changed from positive to negative. Pros: Dedicated professionals Immediate Access to up to date listings. Cons: Its the First time I see buyers get charged a fee. they asked to Sign a contract preventing "buyers" from using another agent. Too many costly mistakes in the "Purchase and Sale" contract that cost me the buyer to make the wrong (higher) offer. They were on the defensive saying "oh it does not matter because the house is sold as is and there are too many buyers out there, so it is ok if you like to withdraw your offer for the house you loved." If you have to use them, Make sure to have an attorney review the Purchase and sale contract first. read more

Horrible company! Does not make it to appointments over and over again that they set. Do not follow through with what they say. Can not get answers out of them or resolutions to problems. Can't wait till our lease is up so we do not not have to work with this company again. read more

I saw an Apartment for rent and called this office to find out more information. My main contact was Cesar O. Estrada, I left him a message on Monday hoping he would return my call right away. Tuesday I called again, the receptionist seemed very young and did not know how to response to any of my questions concerning the property since Cesar was not able to get to me all I wanted was just a little more information. Come Thursday and Friday I was not able to reach Cesar. The following Monday he finally answered my call, was very short and had quick responses to my questions. I got absolutely no assurance from him as to any of my questions I asked. He then proceeded to send me a quick text with "need the address of the property" and "send me ur email". To me this is not professional or inviting at all. If this is how this Realty works I cannot imagine how they work with their tenants. Please do your research before you sign anything with this Realty company. read more

Jag S. is right! BEWARE! Josh Browning is a nightmare. I am a renter, my landlord hired him to sell the house - which is fine, we are moving across state anyway. I was very clear with Josh on my situation. We set up ground rules because I'm a mom of 3 with 2 dogs who works in Orlando - an hour away from St. Cloud where we currently live. We agreed no showings on weekdays until after 6 and I needed 24 - 48 hours notice. First appointment ever, he tried to set up for 1 p.m without 24 hours notice on a weekday and argued with me when I told him no. He asked me to let some guy into my house without a licensed realtor one night (with about 6 hours notice mind you), because he had someone who wanted to make an offer, but they couldn't get there to see it so they wanted to send their cousin to take a look - (I mean come on, what woman in her right mind is letting a stranger into her house with her 3 kids at night, without a realtor. That's just bananas.) He thought it was okay, he asked if I would feel better if he got the guy's license. Yea, he got a big no on that one. For real, that's how this guy thinks. He told me an appointment was cancelled and the guy showed up at 8 at night with his clients expecting to see the house. He made an appointment with another realtor because he knew I was out of town on a weekend (without checking with me). I got a bad feeling, checked my cameras and saw the agent standing in my driveway! He would have set off my security system, the police would have come, and I would have been financially on the hook for them coming for a false alarm. I texted Josh basically saying WTH and he tried to say the realtor got the date wrong, but after all I've had to deal with from this guy - I know that was a lie. This guy's a shifty liar, and Kelleher Williams should be ashamed they hire jerks like this. read more

With all the real estate agents in Orlando, you would think they want your business or value customers. Not the case for Mr. Cesar Estrada. He obviously cant be bothered to return a phone call or show a property. And the people in his office or his assistants are clueless. From coming here and seeing similar reviews about him and none of their other agents, I guess this is his normal practice. His broker or whomever needs to pay attention to what the public is saying. I wouldnt want him representing my company. Maybe he is only interested in sales and not rentals. But then why take listings on rentals when you have no intention of trying to rent them? If I ever see the perfect rental for me and it's free but his name is on it, I think I will pass. read more

My review is regarding Cesar Estrada and his team. I wanted to get my house rented as quickly as possible before the holiday season. My fear was that if it was not rented before Thanksgiving, I may have had to wait until the first of the year. I thought most people would not want to move during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Cesar assured me that he would use every marketing resource available in order to secure suitable renters as quickly as possible. We discussed a number of strategies, including an open house. As promised, he and his team followed through on all plans, and he was able to find me a suitable renter who moved in a week before Thanksgiving! As a result, I highly recommend Cesar Estrada and his team for your real estate needs. read more

Beware of renting with Cesar Estrada (or Angel Camacho) as your landlord. He will act professional until you sign the rental agreement. Despite repeatedly asking for items to be fixed -- some of which were causing hazardous conditions -- we were blatantly ignored. Nothing was ever addressed and we never once saw either of these two individuals until after we returned the keys. When it came to receiving our $1000 deposit, our phone calls and emails were ignored. He chose to keep the money that wasn't rightfully his without giving any reason for keeping it. read more
