He is not available Saturday and will go on unreachable vacations without telling you. After 100 days with little traction we asked to mutually agree to part ways, offering 2000 to cover pictures and time. He refused, demanding way more money than he deserves. When we finally gave him what he wanted he sent over a unilateral release telling us "it's the same as a mutual agreement." IT IS NOT! If we had let him get away with that we would have owed him 1% when our house sold with an agent who actually put work in. This is the 5th home we have sold and have never experienced an agent like this. There are good agents out there do not choose David.

Our latest adventure; my wife and I traveled from the West coast to apartment sit for our daughter and her pets while she does an externship. Sunday morning we notice water on the floor of the 2nd story apartment. A call to the after hours number was answered by Daisy(Joiner Management) and in less than two hours Miguel(Joiner Maintenance) was at our door to isolate the problem and start damage mitigation(this included downstairs mitigation as well). Miguel was here for most of Sunday. By 10am Monday a plumber was at our door and assessed what repairs were necessary. By 2pm the same day we had two plumbers and a new hot water tank being installed. The attitude the entire time from all involved was "we got you". We can't thank them enough.
