Unfortunately, based on our experience we do not recommend using this company as a property manager as they do not act in the best interest of their client for the following reasons below: - Reminded Renton and his wife to send the property manager agreement to us as it was not sent in a timely manner as promised. - Did not repair damages to the unit caused by the tenant. We provided evidence of damaged screen door as he was not present during the walkthrough. Renton responded unprofessionally and suggested to us to take the tenants to court and that we will not win. - Witnessed Renton's handy men repair a door frame with supplies from the rental property and not their own. Afterwards, received a copy of the tenant's repair invoice for $70+ for the 5 minute handy work on the door frame. - Solicits 5 star feedbacks by incentivizing with a 10% discount which may lead to deceitful reviews. read more

Don't do it! Between the open house with bottles of champagne without my consent. We won't drink alcohol, and the fact that after the open house, they didn't even take the time to help turn off lights close blinds. The agents bolted. Also, I had a private showing at night. I left the property for the showing. Sitting in my car for 45 minutes thinking that there was going to be a showing. I called my agent, who should've been the one to call me, Who?? informs me that there are running late. And that they're about 20 to 30 minutes away. At that point I said we'll have to reschedule because I've been sitting here long enough. I was absolutely livid that my agent who was getting commission from the sale of my property didn't think enough of me to pick up the phone and inform me as to what is going on. Trying to give somebody the benefit of the doubt I opted to reschedule the private showing for that Friday. This was on the Wednesday. The private showing for these very same people that left me sitting in the parking lot at 7 o'clock at night thanks to my agent. I get a text from my agent saying that they have canceled. This was on a Thursday night. I find it hard to believe that they would wait till almost 9 o'clock at night to cancel because that's when I received the text from my agent. Mind you not a phone call a text. I believe that either they never rescheduled. Or once again, I wasn't priority enough to inform me of the cancellation during business hours. Because of the lack of communication, the disrespect to my property and bringing in alcohol for an open house And the fact that at the open house, my agent bought three additional agents from her agency, that I was completely unaware of. Why would they need to be there? Because it turned out to be promotion for them, again no one asked me if that was OK. The focus was supposed to be on selling the home, not self promotion for your colleagues or new realtors in your agency that needed some exposure. 1% of homes sell at open houses. Typically open houses are for self promotion and the agent handing out their cards trying to drum up other clients. Never and I do mean never use these realtors. This company is so unprofessional and so disrespectful. I was so livid. I had to fire the agent. Be smart about who you choose to represent your property and watch how they treat you because that's how they do business. The realtor wasn't even knowledgeable enough to know that the signage needed to indicate 55 and older community per the HOA which would've cost me money because she didn't follow through with what the guidelines are for this community. Remember they work for you. You don't have to tolerate being treated less than or disrespectfully. Find someone that's honest has good communication and keeps you informed of every little thing. Somebody that actually works for their commission and doesn't just sit back and do a lot of nothing. And not only that, but the photos that were taken of the property, my new realtor offered to buy them from her because what could she possibly need them for? But she refused to respond to the email even to be polite enough to say no I don't want to sell the photos to you. Again, immature, petty, non-communicative and lack of knowledge. Like I said, be wise, they work for you, you don't work for them. read more

Others say they don't recommend him but they must have had some unrealistic expectation for him which can be unfair. He did an excellent job taking care of my property while it was rented despite having two of the worst tenants I've ever seen. We rented a property managed by Renton Yu. We completed a thorough walk thru inspection before moving in and submitted to Renton. After moving out, our deposit refund was deducted by over $1,000 for items that were very clearly written on the move in walk thru inspection. It took over a week of emails and phone calls for us to even be able to talk to Renton regarding the charges, and he then proceeded to tell us to "go ahead, take me to court, I have pictures, I win." He explained writing everything down on the inspection report was just a formality. Why weren't we instructed to take pictures if that was going to be the only way to recover our deposit? He is clearly out to make money unjustly charging tenants for things that were wrong with a house before you've even moved in... BEWARE! read more
