I rented from this company for 11 years. The property was well teken care of. The carpet was already destroyed upon move in and the owner never replaced the carpet. You would think they would replace it after a decade of living there. I had to move out this April. They gave me a 30 day notice to move out, due to the owner selling the house. I received a bill for $895 that they are charging me. I would think that after being a great client for 11 years and never being late on rent and keeping the home in great condition besides nor.al wear and tear that i would have received atleasf the security deposit back. Horrible rental management company. You won't get your rent until middle of month. They charge high service fee every month and some other fees. There is no body answer you call. No reception!!you need to record your message first and they will call you back 2 days later. When your rental property needed something to fix, then also give you 1 price. They don't compare and help you find the lowest price. More, they will say it is owner's responsibility to fix even it is tenant's fault. People, do some research before you make decision have this company service you. read more

I have sent several texts, e-mails, and tried navigating their website multiple times. The texts go unanswered and undelivered, as do the e-mails, and the only time I received a response was from an automated machine that sends you to a completely different website and then asks or credit card information for a fee to view the property! Even worse, when calling any of the phone numbers listed, none reach any actual realtors and simply redirect you to the website. It is as if they would like to completely avoid interacting or assisting anyone interested in any of their properties. When I finally got ahold of a phone number to an actual person, I was rushed through the phone call and once again redirected to the website. Awful customer service, unprofessional overall. After careful consideration for a property manager and real estate agent in the Las Vegas area we decided to go with First Serve Realty and we are SO HAPPY we did. I called the first 7 top rated yelp property managers listed and most of them brushed me off or gave me the run around and never got to speak to someone. When I called First Serve Realty, the receptionist was professional and I was transferred to Fadra and got all my questions answered. Fadra was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything to me and we had a lot of questions. I would also email her all the time, and she was always on top of it. We don't live in the Las Vegas area, and Fadra has been nothing but amazing and accommodating to our schedule. She takes time out of her weekends to show us homes, and I mean A LOT of homes (for an entire day, both Saturday and Sunday) because we were interested in many different options. She is EXTREMELY hard working and we never once felt pressured or rushed. She always answered our questions with 100% honesty. She is easy to talk to and funny too! Looking at homes all day with her was such a fun experience. Buying a home is a big deal, and First Serve Realty made the process so smooth and easy. We also got to work with Bryan and just like Fadra he was amazing. He is so organized and gave us great advice. Fadra and Bryan are definitely excellent property managers and real estate agents, but most importantly they are good people and always had our best interests in mind. We found Bryan and Fadra's business when we were looking for Property Mgmt companies for a condo we owned. We don't live in Las Vegas, so we needed someone to help us manage this place we'd owned for years. They were INCREDIBLY helpful from the word GO, and quickly became our favorite place of the few we were considering. Long story short, we decided to sell the place shortly thereafter, and they made everything SO EASY, esp. considering we live 1500 miles away. It was not an easy sale - the place needed a lot of work but presented an opportunity for someone who wanted to customize a home to their liking. I cannot tell you how outstanding First Serve was - Bryan was incredibly responsive to my every question and need, and streamlined every part of the transaction. We closed before we even owed another mortgage payment! I have heartily recommended Bryan and First Serve to my relatives in the area who have multiple properties - I'm no pushover, and am a stickler for good customer service. Extreme disappointment with the property managment service. They are extremely unorganized and cannot keep employees so there is a continuous change of employees. The broker owner is very difficult to work with, she is very disrespectful . The broker owner cannot accept her mistakes and causes financial looses for home owners. They do not communicate and don't report issues to home owners on time. They are not a good property managment service at all and have no proper way of communicating with their home owners. All she cares about is making money herself with zero regards to others and their money. I am sure she is not alone in town when it comes to horrible property managers. Don't take more business if you are overwhelmed and can not properly manage homes just for the greed of making more money. We don't deserve to loose our money as a home owner due to your neglect. Very high fees, very poor accounting, do not take of HOA issues, charge you for things that tenant should be responsible for , non-compliant with managment contract and no care about communicating or taking the time to answer any question home owner has a right to ask. We relocated from California to Las Vegas and they worked diligently finding us a home (not one they managed) and then went WAY above and beyond assisting us with items that were clearly not typical in this type of a transaction. One thing I'd like to mention is that Fadra seriously violated the Fair Housing Act. I recalled her conversation over the phone with someone when she was at my property that her company won't list any property in a certain area. I was shocked to hear like "We don't bother to list in that area. It's a war zone with all food stamps & section 8 people....I can't go there with my car. Good luck with that..." She probably didn't think I heard all that when she excused herself for an urgent business call. I stepped away to the kitchen checking the new fridge before going over the paperwork with her. But I could still clearly heard her quick conversation. I don't know what agents discuss with each other when no one is around but it amazed me. I should have cancelled her at the time but I didn't. That's one of my biggest mistakes. Fast forward, I have had a section-8 tenant in the recent years and to be honest they are probably one of my best tenants. It's unacceptable to judge people because of their economic conditions. Period. read more

BEWARE of renting from this company. Broker/Owner Fadra Kyle is dishonest and will not give you back your full deposit. After relocating to Las Vegas from out of state, we hadn't been renters for years. We lived in a home managed by First Serve for 4 years which we received in mediocre condition upon move in. We filled out the move in inspection paperwork and have record of all the items which were not in great condition to which we were told "It is a rental". We also kept notes of all the repairs and improvements we made to the home to help bring it to our standards. We kept immaculate care of this home and left it in pristine condition after move out. We did all touch up paint, and had it cleaned top to bottom. I have attached photos below to show it was ready for immediate move in. We paid $350 for the carpets to be cleaned, every surface of this home was cleaned, every blind, window, medicine cabinet, baseboard, light bulb. We even replaced all filters and batteries in a dozen smoke detectors, left all the extra filters, light bulbs, and batteries as a kind gesture to the new tenants (which were already taken by this property management company when I arrived to walk the home with the representative). After several attempts to schedule a move out inspection Fadra came by on her way out of town for the weekend as we had the moving company there packing items and prior to the final cleaning and noted the only things that would prevent one from receiving said deposit back. Of course after the final cleaning these were not an issue. She emailed a week later noting a few bogus things which I requested we meet to walk the property as I had taken photos and her claims were ludicrous. She sent an employee in her place and he was stumbling to find anything wrong. He pointed out a streak on the glass of 1 of the shower doors and a bit of lint in the bottom of a shower basin from the cleaning companies wet rag. So I agreed to go to the store and purchase supplies to wipe these 2 items and he agreed that would warrant the return of my entire deposit as the house looked amazing. I did just that and resent photos of the areas. He reached out via email a week later asking for our forwarding address which I had already provided and 2 weeks later I received a partial check with a hand written note from Fadra noting the home was not clean enough and a receipt from a cleaning company she supposedly hired for $200. Please see attached photos so you can be aware and steer clear of this dishonest company.
