Extremely disappointed in the services of Mark Henderson. The buyer's agent was an arrogant bully, and Mark let him walk all over him as well as me. I had the worse scenario for my home sale the buyer's agent was overly aggressive and Mark was mild-mannered. I was not counseled on how to counteract the buyer's agent and he ultimately got every advantage for his client and I received nothing but a much smaller amount of money due to the expensive concessions I made. Upon review of this abyssmal sale, Mark said I am the one entirely at fault. and actually defended the buyer's abrasive nature. Interesting... he made about $7,000 from a sale which was not at all to my satisfaction. read more

Keller Williams and Matt Watson listed our house and made sure the buyers received the best deal possible , its like they were working for the buyers ,once we signed contract ,as time passed the confidence in Matt dwindled as the price/ value in our home dropped , do to Matts actions. We sold our him in Plymouth Michigan using this broker. The agent was Rocky Fowler. Houses were selling very fast in may of 2020 and ours was no exception. Unfortunately, once the sale was completed we couldn't even receive a call back from this agent. $1000 escrowed funds for a water have still not been returned 5 months later. Companies and people that don't follow thorough after they have been paid are the worst. If you use this company take steps to protect yourself by holding money back until all your money has been returned from any holdbacks. Better yet don't use them. read more

I had the worst service from Robert Chubb. After the sale of our home I had to beg for an agent to be present at the final walk through, to which we found garbage all in front of our house and piling into the street. After spending my day on the phone trying to get it taken care of, and being approached by multiple association members, we were told they would not pick up for two weeks. The realtor then told us to take care of it and we would be reimbursed. I have contacted this realtor multiple times all met with snarky comments that were degrading. It has been 5 months and I have still not been reimbursed for something I was told I was going to be. read more

Back in November I saw a listing of Kens and put in a full asking price offer on the property the very 1st day it was listed through the agent I was working with. Two days passed and I never heard about my offer. On the 5th day I noticed that the property was no longer showing on the MLS pages so I contacted my agent and asked her to see what she could find out. She finally got through to Mr. Pozek and after a short conversation in which he asked some questions about me and my background, my agent was informed that his client had accepted another offer (supposedly one waiving inspection and guaranteeing ready cash should the sale price and bank appraisal be different). Well, I found out yesterday that the property sold for $5000.00 less than the original asking price, so it makes me wonder what sort of game Mr. Pozek played here. I sure wouldn't deal with him. He asks questions he legally shouldn't be asking and it doesn't look like he got his client the best price. Seems like an agent of questionable ethics and professionalism. read more

I can't say enough great things about Ken Pozek. I sent Ken a referral for a client who needed to buy in Northville. They were in a time crunch and really needed to find a place. Ken was able to negotiate an offer, where the seller paid all their closing cost. My client was able to move in and start their new job on time. Ken Pozek helped us purchase our first home. I personally like renting however, my wife wanted to buy a house. I had no clue what to expect or how to proceed in the buying process and Ken walked us through the entire process which went smooth and was much easier than I imagined from hearing stories from friends who have bought. Patrice Kofa-Kpan was my buyer agent and I found her to be very unprofessional and doesn't represent or have her clients best interest. My first bad experience is when she kept trying to convince me to purchase anything. Although I was pre-approved for $175,000 she told me that because I had a FHA loan I wasn't going to find the house I liked that was move in ready. So to stop wasting her time and taking her away from her family looking at these homes I should get a fixer upper. After I expressed to her that I wasn't pleased with her services she stop answering my calls and not returning them so I contacted her supervising broker about the matter because I wanted out of the contract. I just found out that the broker was going to let me out the contract but she told him that we reached an agreement and was fine but she didn't tell him that she told me I would have to pay a high fee in order to get out of contract. The second experience is when I was in a contract to purchase a home that appraised a lot less than asking price. The listing of the home stated Move in Ready but when I did my final walk through I discovered that the Sellers left damages to the walls after removing items that was bolted to them. I let Patrice know that I wasn't happy with this and I wanted them to pay for repairs. Instead of representing me to the fullest she tried to convince me the damage wasn't major and wouldn't cost that much to repair. So instead of her fighting to get the sellers the to do all repairs because legally they wasn't suppose to remove anything from the walls unless excluded in Purchase Agreement, she wanted me to fund the repairs so we could hurry and close. After she saw I wasn't going to close unless I had an agreement that they would compensate me for repairs she started sending me crazy text messages referring to the sellers as Nice People and demanding me to close the next day or I would lose my concessions and that I was agreeing to withdraw from interest in property and I would lose my $1000 EMD so I contacted her Broker again. The last but not least experience occurred at the closing which was held at Title company. After I have signed all documents and turned over the cashiers check I asked for the keys to the house and she told me I had to get them from her office. I contacted her Broker again and he didn't understand why the keys wasn't turned over to me at closing and he let me know the keys wasn't at their office. She held on to my keys to inconvenience me out of spite! read more
