When I called Greg about it he yelled at me and hung up. We talked a few other times and it was just the same, essentially being a bully. Greg made good money on both of our real estate purchases with him. His company owes a relatively small amount to Huckabuy and won't pay us. I'm not a fan of doing business that way.
