Thankfully, our realtor did not put up with this we had two reputable roofers come in. The sellers removed the doorbell...Paul tried to pass it off like it wasn't a fixture attached to the house. His agency, Keller Williams, actually stepped in to resolve it because Paul had lied. He tried to convince us to close without accepting all of the keys at the table. At closing, he was incredibly rude. While everyone went around and introduced themselves at the table, Paul was 15 minutes late and didn't even say hello to my husband and I. He shushed our attorney who was doing her best to be as reasonable as possible. He insulted us to our faces. The office manager even had to step in. I would never recommend using or dealing with Paul in any manner. If you do happen to be interested in a house he is selling, be sure 1. your agent is as amazing as ours was and won't accept his mansplaining and slimy behavior, and 2. you have an attorney at the closing table because he will try to pull one over on you at the last minute.

I contacted Steve and right away he put my mind at ease, which is not a small feat. He explained the different options, conventional, FHA, borrower PMI, Lender PMI, etc. and put no pressure on me what so ever. Long story short we closed on the house 25 days later, seriously, 25 days later and this is with the new year and MLK day in between. I had expected it to take double that time but Steve absolutely came through for us. And his estimated closing and cash to close numbers were spot on and less than the realtor estimated.
