Monthly Financials are provided in a timely manner, and she has been readily available via cell for emergencies identified by Board Members. She attends our quarterly home owners meetings and willing to respond in this meeting to homeowners questions and concerns. Last but perhaps most important, we had a number of owners delinquent with HOA dues, and Josie was more than helpful explaining the legal process to collect these fees, and over 50% have been collected in the last 15 months. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week.
