I have proper insurance and cannot get anyone (including manager Kurt) to assist in resolving this issue. At this point I have paid late fees of $1400.00 ($20 per month for insurance). The portal they use should have a final to include all fees _ not at all. They hide this and don't tell you about it. I followed the instructions they provided. I have emailed, text, submitted a "new Conversation" (in portal they use) and have spoken with the property manager several times. I would not recommend this property management company at all. In this scenario I have had a washer broken (I replaced), frozen pipes X3 days, insurance late charges _over payment, water and sewer payment (due to zero communicating from NPM) which was well over $500.00 (bill sent to owners' resident). I have documented all and still have no resolution. I will be moving away from this management company in Aug 2023 due to the above statement. Renter beware!!!
