    worst management company ever dont call back or anything... my tub has been sitting on bricks and…read moreslabs of wood i was promised repairs that havent been done at all all sinks are leaking we cant even wash dishes or brush our teeth... a lot of the repairs i've been requesting have been well over a year... also michael drew left me and my kids without heat for over a week !!! we had no heat for thanksgiving!!! he refused to replace my furnace he instead has hired unlicensed workers to tamper with my furnace claims to fix it they been here for 3 days i was told by the worker they dont wanna spend the money to replace my furnace theyd rather not spend the money instead theyd rather have me and my kids freeze while they receive thousands in rent i requested to speak to the owner several times he avoids giving me that info at all cost... i was offered 3 heaters that is ail for a 5 bed room 3 floor single family house while we had a snow storm!!! they literally harass ppl for ratings because they have horrible reviews... i'm sure michael drew isnt the guys real name... he has refused me contact info for his supervisor and i had to find the owner of my property via google searches and tax information... im beyond tired

The *property's non-compliance with any law or ordinance. a. Did not return phone calls, avoided me and the tenant and offered with lies when I chased them (Devin, Seth, Ralph, Sammy, Matthew, etc.), all placated us and lied about work being done, making false promises, took the LLC money, and generally treated us in an obvious, patrinizing and chauvenistic way. b. When I finally found Sammy after weeks of stalking him by phone and trying to find out why I was charged but the work not done he made the excuse that he was fleeing Pakistan to Qatar (so unprofessional, customers should not have to care about that). c. We received reports from the tenant that contractors would come by, not do any work, and left debris all over the yard. d. I traveled to a site visit scheduled four months in advance. Joshua was assigned, was SO rude, would not respond, denied the appointment, and stood me up. They assigned a black contractor that was confused about why he was there instead, and had not EVER been to the house before that day. FINALLY ENDED THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT 2. The tenant and other interested parties verified continued issues through a thorough site visit. The home was found NOT properly managed and dangerously uninhabitable. a. Urgent work paid for on this property has NOT been completed although B2B said they were. b. The issues have caused serious harm to the business and the tenant, for an extended period of time.

Lindsay was extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the process, and handled all the logistics flawlessly. It was incredibly helpful to use her preferred network of mortgage brokers and title agents who worked together seamlessly and ensured I always had everything completed on time. Anytime I had a question or an issue came up, Lindsey dove in and tackled it! She even sent a great list of helpful tips the day I moved in, and some great places to visit in my new neighborhood. You may be enticed by the fact they are month to month. Just don't. They approve items without your knowledge, send you quotes that don't make any sense, their monthly statements seem as if they are designed to confuse you, and their property managers tell you very minimal information and will tell you nothing unless you ask the right question (her name was Sharon). They sent us a quote to make a unit rent ready without pictures. When asked for pictures they sent blurry pictures that looked as if it was taken by flip phone. Their rent ready charge was almost 9k, more than what they charge in CA. When we went to see the property, very minimal work needed to be done. We had to request for them to stop authorizing services we did not approve and they still did it. They opened up a sewer and water account without us knowing which caused the one we had to close. Come to find out we owed 2k. Instead of educating us on the sewer account we needed, they chastised us as if we didn't pay on purpose and used the guise of concern as if they cared about our tenants and property : "It's important to keep the property in shape and pay the water bill". If you need your unit checked, be prepared to wait. We possibly paid for a needless eviction because they just weren't good about checking the unit. We left them and suddenly have an 800 bill for changing 6 locks. If you can avoid using them you will be doing yourselves a favor. They are theeee worst property management I have ever used. They actually made us miss our old PM and she did barely anything unless asked but at least she listened, their monthly statements were clear, and we were not nickeled and dimed. Don't do it unless you like to be taken advantage of.

I've reported drug abuse, overdoses, trash in yard due to parties and fights, with nothing done. My children were not safe. All they said when finally responding was " if you'd like to leave and terminate lease we can get that started. Then once lease was coming to an end. Property manager was very pudhy and harassed me almost daily on wanting us stay after informing us the rent will be raised. Once we told her we would go month to month they emailed us a notice to vacate/ non renewal and told us to be our by the term ending. Needless to say if you have children do not rent from them. If you like your home safe don't rent from them. Poor communication. Rude pushy staff.

    CPM is the worst rental company I've endured (and I survived 444 park, if you know, you know)…read more They hire inexperienced maintenance workers and their communication is beyond poor. They have no clear channel of communication. I received texts and calls from various workers over the 3 years, it was never streamlined and hard to trust what is real from a scam. They left me without a lock on my door (inside the unit, but exposed to downstairs unit) for over a month, and allowed someone to move into the lower unit without letting me know/putting a lock on my door first. They randomly put a storm door on one day, gave a key to the basement unit, and didn't say anything to me about it. She informed me I could pay to copy hers. Mind you, the lower level tenant was not even given a key to this back door at move in, she copied mine. She was only given a front door key. So this made no sense. They are currently charging me $375 from my security deposit for window screens that never existed, plus a bunch of other bogus fees for routine turn over. If you proceed with renting a unit under them, please be meticulous in your property condition form. Get on your hands and knees and mark everything that is wrong with the unit (there's probably A LOT). I would also recommend keeping a running list of all maintenance requests, and communications from them. They are slimy and not to be trusted. Additionally, they waited until the morning of my move out to send me any instructions or information. I had already locked my keys inside, and turned off the gas and electric after not hearing from them for 2 weeks. When I sent an email that I did that, only an hour later did I receive an email saying "leave gas and electric on and return keys to leasing office to complete your move." It has been a terrible experience. They also just stopped returning emails regarding my security deposit. Please do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from. Home owners- you'd probably be better off with another company as well. They are doing a disservice to you as well.
