The rooms are pretty big even with a King bed in my room. One room also has a balcony which I enjoy a lot. The kitchen has small cupboards which makes storing stuff difficult, but i've managed. The living room is long and can fit a good amount of furniture if you set it up right. The backyard is really great for when guest come over and a place for my son to play when its nice enough outside. The maintenance people are pretty quick to respond when I have issues. Especially if its an emergency. Its really my favorite place to be because it is very cozy and homey. There is not very many options for internet services here, but the speed of internet I have isn't really an issue for me. Even with many devices that are connected to my wifi. The neighbors aren't really the greatest, with a few exceptions to the people that have lived here since I moved in. Sometimes they can be loud and sometimes they look like they are up to no good. But thats probably just an issue for this whole city.

I gave my 30 days notice and my last day in my townhouse was October 31,2023 and turned in my keys before 5pm to lady in the second office because the other two ladies in the front office were walking the property as the lady in the second office stated. I followed thier rules no extra days past my 30 day notice . I even paid my October rent on September 25,2023 to ensure I had no issues and everything was paid in full.... Now that I've been moved on my last day before 5pm on October 31,2023. Gold Coast Residential/casa bonita apartments is trying to charge me rent for November and I wasn't their . I follow the notice and was moved out as agreed on October 31,2023, I double check the time and date out with office . I was also assured I owed no rent I was all paid up. Then I get a bill. I am actually owed 170.00. Also to add I also lived here in 2013 and loved it that why I went back and had no issues place was quite .. Update I did receive a response within less than 24 hours and the statement will corrected sad money owed to me...Thanks to ladies in the front office.
