The community is impeccably manicured, feels safe & the few times she has needed assistance they have been responsive and very helpful! The landscaping throughout the community is being improved, and we noticed painting being done on the carports recently, etc. She isn't at all tech savvy and prefers to call vs emailing, and there is always someone who has promptly answered the phone to assist her. She had some standing water gathering near her garage and within TWO days the landscapers(/maintenance?) were quick in clearing the drain to ensure it didn't attract mosquitoes. She loves using the hot tub and has been anxious to get back to the pool area and they happily answered her questions over the phone regarding re opening procedures as we come out of COVID. How do you choose a broker to sell your home?  The guy with the impressive bar graphs and handouts…read moreand comps?   The woman with 15 years' experience, very media savvy who would get your home all over social media?  Or Jeff the Strategist?   I asked him the "value" of our home.  "You're not gonna like my answer.  It's what a buyer offers and you accept."   Of course, he was correct.  He said that buyers nowadays immediately know when a home comes on the market in their price range.  So he suggested pricing it to attract those buyers with a plan to get multiple offers. We chose Jeff due to his experience dealing with multiple offers, how to attract them, how to leverage them against each other.  He explained his strategy in simple terms.  It made complete sense to us.  By pricing our home below what we considered its value, we got three viable offers, each of them over our list price, and one all-cash offer wayyy over our list price.   We countered the all-cash offer at $100,000 over our listed price and the buyer accepted.  Our home went on the market on a Friday and we had a signed contract the following Thursday.  Escrow closed 20 days later. Our home sold for more than any other home in our development.  We attribute that to Jeff's savvy and his experience in dealing with the home buying/selling experience.  One broker asked him "what would it take" for us to accept their offer.  He immediately called me and we discussed "what it would take."  Jeff's response to the broker exemplified his poker playing skills:  "Make them an offer that will blow them away."  We are happy and give Jeff 10 stars and recommend you call him!  He is low key, won't tell you what to do, and will help you get the most possible money for your home!
