Have taken my vehicles here for ~15 years or so, and have never been let down. Today I drove in with a damaged tires (got a nail in it yesterday, and a shop in pensocala said it was trashed and needed replacement) I limped the truck back home with a slow leak and came to Kellers to swap the spare onto the bad one and order a new tire. They had the truck in for 10 minutes and then came to tell me it was fine, and they could patch it. He said no way im going to sell you a tire, that one is perfectly fine...... $25 bucks later and I'm back on the road..... Honesty and integrity.... thats why our family will always buy tires from Keller's when needed. Thanks yall! read more

My daughter had a blow out on 98 - Keller Tires was amazing - assisted me with replacing the tire. They went above and beyond in my opinion! Price quoted was what I paid! I have been going to these guys for past 10 years. I left a review before how they took care of my 1996 f250 and how honest they were, however oh how things changed! Awful customer service! Brought a brand new rim to them in package to install a $300 tire. They damaged the rim and then stated it was damaged during shipping! The rim was inspected when it arrived and prior to me bringing to them! They insisted that the guy in the back (who was throwing tires and wheels around negligently) pulled the rim out with damage yet went ahead and installed the tire on it instead of contacting me. Then they stated well it's a used rim! It's a brand new accord rim purchased from Honda ($400). After I told them that he replied: "well hell they didn't even pack it good...they just placed it in the box..." well no crap! Because i remove the packing and placed inspected when it arrived! I will not only no longer do business with this place but I highly recommend everyone else stays away from them! Awful awful awful!! Lost a 10 year customer over some damage. 3 other shops have confirmed damaged happened during installation! I would rate negative stars if I could! read more

I don't know why this is saying they are closed. I just got off the phone with them and I set up an appointment for in the morning to have new tire sensors installed. This is our goto place not just for tires but for honest and accurate auto and truck repairs. They know what they're doing and we trust them. My whole family has been using Keller Tires for more years than I can remember. read more

Today was my first experience as a customer. I arrived on Monday right before opening. David was so helpful and listened carefully to what I wanted for the car. Service was fast. My issues with the car were fixed. Less than 40 minutes. No one tried to sell me something I did not need right away. The prices are reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Keller's Tire Center. If you're a tourist in need of tire repair or replacement, this place is worth the visit. I knew I had a nail in my tire, but I just told them I had a tire losing air. 25 minutes later he tells me it's all done, just a nail in the tire. Cost less than $20. A lot of other places would have tried to sell a new tire to me. I compliment this crew on their honesty and affordability. Could never get my car fixed... seemed like I have taken my car here several time only for that same part to break a short time later. My last visit was to get a quote and I asked if it was a fair price. "Absolutely! You won't get a better price in town. If you want get another but you will be back." I went right up the street got the same name brand part replaced for $200 less. No thanks. read more

Had a tire with a small leak. No tire dealership in Destin Florida would repair it. Their excuse was.......... to close to edge of tire. Of course the next thing out of their mouth was a quote for a new tire. Made the trip to Keller's Tire in Fort Walton Beach FL. Explained my problem. In 20 minutes I was on my way with the tire repaired. When I do need new tires, they will be my first stop. Highly recommend this "Old School" business............ read more

Amazing Tire shop that is a family run and family oriented business. The most impressive aspect to me is that a woman whether knowledgeable about vehicles or not will be treated with the same courtesy and fairness that a male well versed in cars would get. They do not charge for road hazard warranties like every other tire shop does and every set of tires purchased from them gets free balance and rotation for life. They generally beat everyone's price. They have always treated my wife even before I knew her with the utmost respect and fairness instead of seeing dollars signs cause a clueless woman walked in. Love this local owned affordable and fair business and I will continue to use them for all future tire and service related items in the future. read more

They were short and rude. My mother was told to go here from her regular repair location. They were short and rude to my mother. I called and went up there to try and help her on getting new tires. The management was tight and still rude. It was like pulling teeth just to have a regular conversation with the man. I don't recommend their I don't care attitude and bad service. read more
