I called myself so I could set up my appointment, the first question ask: What type of insurance do you have and after I told her then the lady said okay, well we are booking right now for December. I then reiterated December, she said yes. I then ask, do you get a lot of people calling to reschedule or cancel? Thinking maybe I will be able to be seen sooner. Her response was "No, we don't". Okay, well I am going to look elsewhere as I am not looking to wait 7 1/2 months out to be seen. "Oh,Okay". Is this normal for this place to be that booked out that far.Makes me wonder, do you not have enough doctors that work during the week that's why they are booked out? Do they not like to see that many patients per day? Or does the person scheduling the appointment new or what? And in order to even get labs requested, you will have to spend multiple weeks going back-and-forth with her. When she misdiagnoses you and you call to let her know that your symptoms have gotten drastically worse, she will continue dismissing and continue prescribing things without confirming what is causing your symptoms. Because of her, i will now have permanent scarring all over my body for the rest of my life. I would highly discourage anybody from seeing this care provider. Unfortunately, my experience with Sean Hull at the McPherson location was disappointing. During the appointment, he frequently interrupted while I was attempting to explain my dermatology history, concerns, and allergies. Since my previous dermatology records had not yet transferred, I tried to provide relevant background information, but I was not given the opportunity to fully explain my history. The primary reason for my visit was melasma; however, the recommendations provided appeared focused on acne management rather than my main concern. When I attempted to explain my current skincare routine and what has been effective for my skin, I was interrupted and advised to discontinue my products and use a Dove bar soap and Cetaphil body lotion. I was not given the opportunity to explain my routine, concerns, or why I had reservations about changing it. Prescriptions were provided, but there was limited discussion regarding their purpose, how they addressed my primary concern, or how they aligned with my dermatology history and allergies. When I questioned recommendations, the response came across as a "use it or don't" approach rather than a collaborative discussion. Quality care requires listening to patients, considering their history, and creating space for informed discussion. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that standard
