I've never been to a podiatrist before and if I have to go back I'll definitely recommend this one. Very great bunch of people!

First visit included x-rays . toe nail clipping, evaluation of presented problem and goals set. Good to get appointments with, offices are informative , roomy, Handicapped easy access, air conditioned and clean ! Has products ie shoes, sneakers available to try on, and order for you saving you trip to shoe store. This is great because he has your correct size, width and depth for your feet to fit into. Also can order braces custom made and inserts. Will also supply things like iodine and other OTC products for you to purchase there.

They never listen to my concerns at all. Even the front desk had dates and times of my appointments and they keep being around 6am. My caregiver doesn't even start until 9 am. Tough to wake up that early and they want to start seeing me 3 times per week. They are dictators without any concern for my feelings. They also told me to stay off my injured foot but that's impossible when they want to see me 3 times per week. It's been a really bad day because of them. Be very careful asking a question. They are my least favorite to see now!

It seemed much more intentional and he presented my options well. The office itself is smaller and I don't think has changed much over the years :) that is my preference though. Didn't experience any issues w billing, treatment, or scheduling.

Doctor Galbraith, PA and Med Student Doctor came in and he was not very personable. Took a look at my foot and asked a couple questions and then pulled out a scalpel and just started scaping my foot and the area of pain. There was no warning or heads up or letting me know what he was doing. He then decided to dig into my foot, again no warning or anything. He digs in too deep and I flinch in the chair and look down and my foot which is now bleeding. He goes oops got a little too deep there. He doesn't ask if I am okay, but the Med Student checks on me and looks at me as tears are coming down my face because I was in pain. She offers me a water and some tissues. Doctor tells PA to put ointment and gauze over the wound now. Doctor put on some kind of pad on my foot and says put your socks and shoes on and I'll be back. He comes back and simply just asks how does it feel, and then says if you have any other problems just come back. I simply will not be back, would have been a very different appointment had he informed me of what he was doing and had a better bed side manner and because it was my first time being there.
