Worst service. Even though my condo is very close to Kelly Square Pizza I have been avoiding going there because the last 4 times they messed up my order. They either forgot to make it or made the wrong thing. I was in a rush today and figured I would give them 1 last chance. I thought to myself how could they mess up again! So I ordered a pizza today, once I arrived to pick it up they looked at me cluelessly when I said I called in a buffalo chicken pizza. He opened the oven and said, "I have to remake this its burnt badly". I had to be at work and did not have extra time to wait around, I told him forget about. Then when I called to ask where it was the guy on the phone said my order was still in the oven. 10 minutes later the delivery guy James arrives but forgets my drink. I called up the order and a very friendly voice answered the phone who was very accommodating. I ordered a large half mushroom and half cheese large pizza and fries. Parking is a little difficult in that area but that is expected because of all the traffic that goes through that area. As you walk in you will notice this is a rundown old pizza shop that must have served the area for years. A very pleasant man took my money and gave me the pizza and fries. With his happy to see you smile gave the place even though it is run down a homey feeling. Now to the pizza, I got it home and opened the box, the look of the pizza gives you a humdrum feeling. It doesn't seem to entice you into thinking you just ordered a delicious pizza. This was a very good size pizza and had plenty of toppings, good cheese and mushroom amount. This is the bready type pizza. Taking a bite you, you feel the same way as you when you looked at the pizza, humdrum. The pizza was cooked perfectly had a nice crust for the bready style they used a low moister cheese and the sauce was never really noticed. I would have to say this is just an average every day pizza, it was not a bad pizza but nothing you would drive to the other side of the city for. I guess if you live in the area and didn't want to travel this would be ok for a pizza. read more

The only reason why this place is getting a single star is because the customer service was the only thing enjoyable about this pizza experience. After a night out bar hopping with my friends, I got a SMALL honey bbq pizza and for $9.25 you get a bland, funky tasting pizza that not even drunk people around Kelley's sqaure would even find enjoyable. Omg!!! I just had a delivery from Kelley's Pizza Place....it is so so good!! The Steak and Cheese Pizza is the best I ever had and let me tell you the Veal Parm Sub melts in your mouth...there Marinara Sauce is delish...the lady taking my order was so sweet and the delivery driver was so nice and said he will delivery to my address anytime and it was not to far....great place I wish I could give more stars. read more

The pizza is pretty good, and they're open until 1:30 which is important. The pizza is so, so reasonable but some of their other menu items are way overpriced. The $6 Caesar salad is romaine lettuce with grated Parmesan and Ken's dressing, so skip it. Large sandwiches max out at around $7.50 and large pizzas max out at around $9, which is crazy reasonable in comparison. Check them out for your late night spot. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I told my girlfriend that I was totally in to trying butt stuff with her and was really looking forward to it. I was entirely displeased at my ignorance in regards to which butt was being experimented with. Thankfully, through hard times like this I have Kelley Square Pizza ready to make me feel better at the drop of a hat; even late! The only bad experience I've had with Kelley Square was their hummus, and I've learned to forgive them. I ordered my food at 6pm and it's been 2 hours and still not here. I called to see where it was and he told me it was on it's way. I called AGAIN 30 minutes later and he told me they were waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. If you're gonna lie to your customers at least make sure you stick to the lie. Kelley Square Pizza has terrible customer service. I ordered the same thing I have gotten the last 3 times I ordered from them. A Chicken & cheese quesadilla well done. Today the send me my order but added onions & peppers that I didn't order. The guy on the phone when I called asked if I clicked on it for an option when I ordered. I did not, he asked how much I had eaten and said to return the rest because I only took one bite (gross). Its not on my receipt, and its not an option on their online ordering system to add peppers & onions to a quesadilla. It already took an hour for my food delivery. Now I will have to wait longer for my food. I will not order from them again. read more

The food is great however the last 2 times I ordered something was wrong. On Sun I ordered a sub and some buffalo wings the sub was great (as always) but the wings weren't buffalo they were regular wings. I called and they brought me the buffalo wings I had ordered. Today when I got home from work I didn't feel like cooking so I ordered a sub and a side online. The order was placed online and per the tracker was out for delivery for about 30 minutes before it got here. The driver called me when he was on my street I directed him to my house the food was cold when he handed it to me so I refused it and told him I wasn't taking it or paying for it. He insisted that it wasn't his fault but I only live half a mile from the place......Like I said the food is great if you can pick it up I recommend doing so..... What a quaint little pizza parlor. When you walk in the smell of the pizza is amazing. We decided to dine in and the staff was great. My husband ordered a large cheese pizza and I ordered the baked ziti. Our food came out in good time and is some of the best food I have ever had. I am not a huge fan of pizza but there was some absolutely amazing about the crust on this one. My only criticism is that they can not deliver to my home in Indiana. read more

Delivery was 45 min, not bad . Broccoli cheese poppers were awesome , meatball sub was nothing special , tasted like frozen meatballs that sit in a water warmer , not much meat , sauce was ok as was the bread. All restaurants should make there own meatballs, I judge a establishment on there Italian sub, meatballs and cheese pizza . So far not impressed but will try again . While this place is nothing fancy, they make a solid pie. It is Greek pizza in typical New England fashion. The crust is crunchy, and it is greasy in a good way from all the cheese. 2 large pizzas for 13 bucks, last time I ordered from here. Not a bad deal for a reliably great couple of pizzas. read more

frequently order salad for delivery from Kelly Pizza. The order always arrives on time and I can place the order online and pay online as well. It is convenient and fast. And top of all this, my chicken grilled salad with ranch dressing is delicious, satisfying and made with many ingredients. Just ordered a barbeque chicken and bacon pizza recieved a buffalo. i called and they brought back another pizza 50 min later and it was a barbeque chicken. so they go the order wrong twice. i called back and they owner proceeded to tell me i never ordered it with bacon so i guess ima liar and i like to order pizzas and wait 50 min and sendit bacck. this business is disrespectuful and they will never recieve service from me or anyone i no again... yo soo pissed read more

My family has been eating pizza here for well over 55 years. Always the best pizza I have ever had. Every time myself or any of my family members returns to Massachusetts for a visit it's a must to eat pizza from here. It's a handed down tradition and I'm sure my grandchildren will continue it.
