While I was there, I also watched & heard Gretchen kindly and patiently talk a shy teenager through a major haircut transformation and she even offered for him to come back if he wasn't feeling it once he got home and wanted to make some more changes. Even when I do not have an appointment, they will fit me in as soon as possible. I just got another haircut today, and even though I did not have an appointment, I only had to wait about 15 minutes. When I got home my wife said it was the best haircut I ever got. I have also been taking my son who has autism there for years and Jeff is always so nice and gentle with him and knows how to strike up a conversation about all my son's likes and can get him to relax and enjoy what would usually be an anxious appointment with anyone else.
