Instead we spent countless hours combing through photograph after photograph. When pieces came in that were not to scale or the wrong dimensions, they refused to take them back. We just had to move them into spaces that they didn't belong. Now the pillows on our beds are ripping, the feathers are coming out on a daily basis. When the bedding was put on initially, it was taken out of bags and placed on the beds. It wasn't even steamed to get the wrinkles out. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.
