I spoke with my grandmother the day after her birthday and asked her if she liked her flowers, she said she never received them. I called Amberworks right away and no one picked up the phone and no way to leave a message. I called all day and more of the same. I emailed them and finally (2 days later) recieved this response, "We were unable to fill it. We will forward you the email confirming cancelation." That's it, no apology, nothing. I am sad that my grandmother did not get anything from me on her 90th birthday and this company absolutely did not care. Not a place I want to do business with.
