If you place an order at 8am, they should be able confirm yes or no to a 2pm delivery time or don't take the order. So many better places to use. One and done. Wallingford Flower Shoppe made the most beautiful floral arrangements for my mothers recent wake and funeral. The grandchildren wished to have something Bingo/Casino related as they took mom to the casino for her annual birthday celebration and occasionally added in a few other casino outings throughout the year when they could all get together. I spoke with one of the consultants in the shop and we discussed possibilities. They asked me to drop off some game cards she had that could be added into the arrangement so I brought them my mom's Bingo bag filled with miscellaneous items. Terrible service- My son ordered flowers for me to arrive on my birthday. I got a call from Wallingford Flower Shoppe at 12:45 saying they could not deliver the flowers due to an impending storm and would deliver them TWO days later. I am only two miles away from the shop. They knew a storm was coming so they should have been better prepared.Then, when my son called them, they actually denied ever getting the order and said their trucks had been out all day. My caller ID says otherwise. I will never use them or recommend them. read more
