I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.

Staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly. The icing on top of the cake is the library downstairs.
