I've been coming here for about 3-5 years and only had an issue once, at the very beginning with a completely different set of staff, where my nails were done in a different shape than I wanted, however the one male working there did not hesitate to resolve the issue. There usually is a wait here, they're constantly busy, providing services such as nail care, eyebrow waxing, etc. so be prepared to wait anywhere between 10-15 minutes, sometimes more. The staff does their best to get you taken care of as soon as possible. They're consistent with their service every single time! Never had issues with nails falling off or chipping, and if you get lucky and arrive on a day they're not so busy, they'll spend an extra few minutes on you. This is also one of the very few nail salons which massage your feet/legs while getting a pedicure. Acrylic Nails broke off multiple beforehand! Flies land on you, and they do not talk about when you hand burn for acrylic uv light! Went to a new salon and she told me this making sure i know what to do and it was normal! Messed up my nails and let me wear the same acrylics from August to October. the new place removed carefully after noticed they glued some of it to the side of my finger causing a shit ton of pain. If I got them removed her they'd just rip it off, I've also seen them accidently stab clients. If you wanna first try acrylics or want your kid to try a decent pair without spending a lot go here and If your kid or you want to continue wearing nails, change salons and go to a better one.Makes sure to remove and replace your nails at least 2 months after getting these because mines could have started failing from how long ive had them. read more

Within a week a nail broke. The following week 3 lifted. When I went the first week to have it fixed the young Asian girl WHO DID NOT DO MY NAILS, said it has been a week already. I didn't care to hear excuses but to fix my nail. She had a client so I waited outside 5 min. When I came back in she took another client doing eyebrows and had me waiting 20 more minutes.
