We are so grateful that we met Serge and had the ability/talent to bring that out of us into reality. Our story begins with me and my wife meeting at the gym in a cycle studio for the first time years ago. The gym is our most sacret place for both of us. So we agreed to discuss our ideas to Serge. His reaction became very possitive, motivating which gave us the confident that we needed. My wife is also a coffee lover and he suggested to take some pictures in a fancy coffee shot. It was hilarious and different but absolutely loved it!! We also both love nature and like to spend time outdoors. He took us to a magical place that is relaxing and unforgettable. We had a specific time of the day to perform our photo shoot, unfortunately, we were running late and my wife was very worried if we would have enough time to fit all our plans. At the same time Serge had other appointments after our photo shoot. He called to check on us to see if everything was as planned. We then explained the situation. Took it so calm and professionally that he understood what we were going through. This helped build back our confidence and encouraged us to continue as we talk about. Planning for a huge photshoot does take alot of time and energy to make it perfect. He explained that everything will be amazing but it wasn't amazing, it was EXTREMELY WONDERFUL AND BEYONG OUR EXPECTATIONS. We shared our ideas with him and later brought everything we mention to reality. It was all detailed to perfection and nothing was left out. He's skills were organized neatly that it was breathtaking. PHOTOGRAPHY: you can look around in the wider Baltimore area and then compare what Stacy's has shared on her webpage. You can not find a better photographer for kids. 2. LOCATION: She lives a bit out of the hustle bustle of the city that means no interruptions and noise pollution so when your kid is sleeping, they are sleeping. 3. COMFORTABLE: Her studio is set to a perfect toasty temperature where my family and the kid both felt super comfortable. 4. COMMUNICATION: Super communicative and flexible to adapt to our needs. She send clear instructions in the mail and if any of the items don't work with you then she adapts to it. 5. CARE: she handled our kid as if it was her own. 6. PROPS: Generally studios are pretty typical and try to make use of what's available. Stacy specializes in kids stuff and it showed in the collection of ideas and props that are available at her disposal to bring out the best picture. 7. NO OVER BOOKING: when we reached, there was no other person. No queues or no other parties waiting. She doesn't over book and she doesn't rush perfection. Recommendations: Make sure your phone is charged because the entire session is conducted silently. There is a breathing noise to sooth the child for the few hours you are in the studio. The husband and I had words during the planning and execution of my family's event more then once overall I found their management team to be rude and as if my business was a bother to them and was a problem. Money is GREEN and all humans when you pay you have a basic level of customer service expected it was not delivered. While the venue is pretty the management teams attitude is less then piss poor... if you want to be stressed out and irritated yet have your event at a pretty place then this is the venue for you. The stress and rudeness of their team was not worth the venues cuteness for me... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. Maybe they treat brides better but my event was a very simple family event... and they failed miserably to do the most basic of things... and they had a HUGE insect issue that could have and should easily been controled by spraying NEVER AGAIN most brides are likely so in love that they are blind to the mess but this place would get a negative -1 from me if it were possible.
